Last summer, I had a wonderful vacation at My Khe beach – Da Nang. We traveled by plane to Da Nang which took us about 2 hours.

As soon as I arrived, I could see the large and beautiful sea. And at that moment, I wanted to run quickly to the sea, enjoy the clear blue water and fresh air. The weather in Da Nang was wonderful. There were many people there who swim, bathe, play soccer, windsurf; the children built sandcastles on the sea.

My family and I went back to the hotel to put the luggage. Then we ate seafood together. The service here makes me very satisfied. The food was very fresh and deliciously cooked. After eating and resting, we went to the sea. I was immersed in the cool water and the waves. It was great! I also get to meet foreigners. They were tourists and they are very friendly. In the evening we go for a walk at the beach and sing karaoke together on the sand.

We stayed in Danang for 3 days. I also went to souvenir shops to buy gifts for my friends. When I got back home I was very happy and a little bit regretful because I couldn’t stay longer. This was the best summer vacation I’ve ever had.

Assoon as we reached there after a long journey, I was stunned by the beautiful scenic viewsthat I only saw in pictures. I was totally lost in the scenic views that I forgot to blink myeyes. We stayed in the 5star hotel in front of the beach. Next day, we hired a boat for atrip to see small islands. It was simply amazing.We swam all day and return our Hotel.Following day we hired a car and saw historical place, visited museum and doingshopping. It was a beautiful and excited.The holiday was a perfect.We did so many activities which included Swimming, Football, Scuba diving, Boattrip,Visiting museum, Paragliding etc. We also watched the sunrise of BBB summit, itwas very roman. As a student, I don’t have much free time beside those I love, so my summer vacation is the duration during which I often busy myself with many things at home all day. In the day time, I often sundry things for my grandmother and help my parents to housework. In the evening, I go out with some of my old friends. We often chat with each other in a cafe. Usually, when I am free from doing housework, I go and visit close relatives in my neighborhood and ask them about their life and business. In the late evening, I watch films on TV or read novels or books to widen my understanding. I often go to bed very late. In my mind, I always want my short summer vacations to be not only comfortable for me but also useful for my beloved people.
 

Summer vacations are the best time to relax and enjoy with family and friends, it’s the time I eagerly waited for every year. This year’s summer vacation is so special to me because it was the first time I’ve been on a trip with my colleagues. We had a wonderful time in Vung Tau – the city which has most beatiful beaches in Vietnam.

       We stayed there for 2 days at a small but convenient hostel. First day, we got up early to see the sunrise on the beach. It’s the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen. Then we swam and lay down on the sand to enjoy beautiful sunlight and the clear blue sky. We also enjoyed delicious seafood and drank fresh coconuts.

        The next day, it took us about 30 minutes to hike up the Small Mountain to visit the Lighthouse. But it was really worth the try! The lighthouse affords a panoramic magnificent view of the whole of Vung Tau and is a really interesting site. On top of Small Mountain, there is the enormous 28m figure of Jesus gazing across the East Sea. This is the largest sculpture in the Southern Vietnam. The two shoulders of the figure are balconies, each able to accommodate up to six people, which offer a splendid view of the surrounding landscape.

        The weather during the time we stayed was really good and the local people were friendly. We took many photographs to save our memorable vacation and bought a lot of souvenirs, too. I just had so many good memories of that whole trip. Everything was great, but what made the trip even greater was the fact that I was able to bulid a stronger relationships with my colleagues.

Kỳ nghỉ hè vừa qua, em cùng gia đình đi tham quan vịnh Hạ Long. Đã lâu lắm rồi em mới có một kì nghỉ hè thoải mái như thế này.Để chuẩn bị cho chuyến đi em đã sắp xếp quần áo, đồ ăn uống... từ ngày hôm trước. Ô tô khởi hành từ lúc 5 giờ 30 sáng, gia đinh em đã có mặt tại điểm tập trung từ lúc năm giờ. Cứ tưởng mình đến sớm hơn cả không ngở đã có nhiều gia đình khác đến trước, bố em cầm trên tay chiếc túi du lịch to, mẹ thì cầm túi đồ ăn uống, còn em và bé Mi khoác trên vai chiếc ba lô nhỏ xíu đựng một số thứ lặt vặt. Dọc đường bộ từ Hà Nội đến Quảng Ninh, trước mắt em là cả một bức tranh sơn thuỷ hùng vĩ đầy cảm xúc. Ô tô luồn lách qua những chiễ cầu và núi đá nhỏ, sau hơn một tiếng thì đoàn du lịch bắt đầu xuống se để đi tàu thuỷ tham quan các hang động. Từ những vòm đá cao nhất rủ xuống những dải thạch nhũ cột băng pha trộn đủ mọi màu sắc của cầu vồng, em nghe nói hang đẹp nhất là hàng Đầu gỗ. Đây là cung điện với nhiều gian phòng ngoắt ngoéo, chỉ một giọt nước nhẹ rơi xuống từ những dải nhũ đá cũng đủ phá vỡ sự im lặng.Thế là cả buổi sáng, em cùng gia đình chỉ tham quan hang động, mọi người bắt đầu chụp nhanh cảnh đẹp ở đây rồi vội vàng lên xe đến nhà nghỉ. Cả đoàn xuống xe lấy hành lý của mình chờ bác trưởng đoàn liên hệ phòng nghỉ, có những bé chỉ khoảng tầm lớp hai, lớp ba chạy lon ton ở vườn hoa. Riêng bé Mi thì nghịch nhất tí thì lại đuổi bạn làm cho mẹ nhắc nhở liên tục nhưng nó chẳng nghe, cứ thích nô đùa chạy nhảy với các bạn. Chà! Sao bác trưởng đoàn liên hệ gì mà lâu thế, cả đoàn đang định vào gặp thì từ xa, mấy anh hướng dẫn viên đã cầm chìa khoa phát cho từng người.

Buổi chiều cả nhà em ra vườn hoa chụp ảnh làm kỷ niệm rồi lên núi ngay gần nhà nghỉ “Thăng Long” ngắm cảnh, mẹ bảo cả nhà chụp mấy pô nhân lúc trời đẹp, riêng em và bé Mi được chụp riêng hai kiểu, lúc chụp nó bảo:

- Nè, Em hơi bị ăn ảnh đấy nhé!

Em trả lời:

- Này,ai cũng ăn ảnh mà!

Nghe vậy chú chụp ảnh bảo:

- Thôi hai cháu đừng cãi nhau nữa, chú thấy đứa nào cũng ăn ảnh cả.

Thế là hai đứa tranh nhau, cuối cùng mặt đứa nào cũng ngố trong ảnh. Chụp xong, cả nàh ra chợ mua ca, tôm gọi là đực sản nghỉ hè. Chà! Chợ Hạ Long sầm uất hơn cả Hà Nội. Ngay từ đầu chợ hàng loạt quầy bán dưa hấu, cá tôm, thịt... được xếp bày hàng chào khách. Nhưng gian tôm, cá là gian đông nhất vì ở đây phần lớn khách du lịch muốn mua quà nhân dịp đi nghỉ mát. Em và mẹ quan sát hàng quần áo trẻ em cạnh quầy bánh kẹo thì khá đông người mua nhất là những bác phụ huynh mua cho con mình mặc. Có hai em chạy lăng nhăng nên bị mẹ mắng, thấy vậy em liền bảo mẹ phải trông bé Mi cẩn thận kẻo lại bị lạc. Buổi tối, những chiếc đèn thắp sáng mọi nơi, em cùng mẹ và bé Mi ra ăn chè ở quán, cạnh khách sạn nơi mà gia đình em đang ở. Còn bố thì đọc báo, xem tivi ở phong nghỉ.Thời gian trôi qua, cả đoàn bắt đầu lên đường về Hà Nội.Sức hấp dẫn của vịnh Hạ Long đã khiến cho nới đây quanh năm luôn là điểm hội tụ của khách du lịch trong và ngoài nước. Mọi người đều đến đây tham quan, nghỉ ngơi, tắm biển... Ai cũng thấy khoan khoái, hài lòng trước vẻ đẹp kì quan của thế giới.

I had a wonderful vacation this summer because I filled it with several sporty activities. On the first day, I swam in the lake, and I sunbathed on the beach. On the second day, I went sailing with a friend. On the third day, I went fishing; I caught five lake trout. On the fourth day, I hiked in the woods along a babbling stream. Last summer, I had a wonderful vacation in Da Lat with my friends.

Unlike the hot Hanoi, Dalat’s weather was still chilly in the summer. The air was cool and fresh, making me feel very comfortable. Our hotel had no air conditioner but I still feel cold. We stayed here for 1 week and we went to many places in Dalat.

My friends and I had been to Valley of Love. It was not natural that this place is the most famous tourist destination in Dalat. It was really beautiful here. The valley of love was full of flowers, trees, and lakes. All blend together to create a mesmerizing scene. In addition, we also went to Elephant Falls, Langbiang, Dambri Falls, … I had tried to eat many delicious foods, drinks, and fruits. I really liked the strawberry smoothie here. There were also fruit jams, Buttermilk ice cream; They were made from very fresh fruit. All are delicious.

Dalat had many beautiful cafés. We had coffee together and took many commemorative photos. Dalat also had a very bustling night market. Here, people could buy whatever they want like food, fruit, souvenirs, … I also came here and bought a lot of gifts for my family.

This is my great summer vacation. Although I cannot stay in Dalat for much longer, I will come back here on the nearest day.

Weather is always hot in summers, that is why many people choose to escape the heat by going to somewhere cold such as Da Lat or Sapa. And lucky for me, last summer I had had a great chance to go to Da Lat with my friends on my summer holiday. To me, the weather there was so perfect, it was still always cold during that summer. The atmosphere there was very clean and fresh, which made me feel very comfortable. Which made me surprised most is that the hotel we stayed has no air - conditional, but we still felt cold, that’s awesome. We stayed there for about 2 weeks and we had gone to many spectacular places. We went to Love valley- one of the greatest tourists attraction in Da Lat, Elephant falls, Lang Biang, Dambri waterfall,... I also had chance to try out various food, drink, and fresh fruit. I really d the mulberry smoothy there, avocado ice cream, fruit jam which was made totally from real fresh fruit,.. They were all very tasty. Especially, Da Lat had a number of beautiful scenery,many lovely coffee shop and attractive spots that made me want to take a lot of picture to keep the memory. There was also a night market ,always crowded with customers, where people can buy food, flowers, or any stuff they want. I had went there and buy many gifts for my family. It was an unforgettable trip, I was quite upset that I could not stay there for a long time, but I hoped I still can visit Da Lat whenever I have time, and I really recommend you went to Da Lat for holiday. Last year , on summer holiday , when I had just passed the entrance exam to Ha Noi University of technology , my father took me to Ho Chi Minh city for a few days . As being eager for the trip , I prepared many things such as clothes , camera ... Eventually it came . When we got on the plane , I was very glad and the flight took off pricise time . Unlike almost everyone who felt ill at the beginning of the flight , I felt very comfortable . When the plane was floating in the air , I looked over the windown of the plane . Oh , I saw an incredibly beautiful scene . Everything was only lights that were sparkling and subtle . Two hours and a half later , we arrived in Ho Chi Minh city . We caught a taxi to go straight to my uncle’s house which nearly the airport . Next day , we woke up early , preparing to visit the city on my uncle’s motorbike . Who didn’t know that the streets in HCM city were as crowded as in HN city and I found that everyone was in a hurry . First , we stopped at DamSen water park where I enjoyed many aquatic games like slipping from a whirl of water , slithering in gutter , rolling with water and so do on . After that , we had a excellent lunch there . The foods was arranged as a party with many , many dishes : grill leg of turkey , bacon , beef , big crab , lobster , salmon , tuna , etc with various drinks such as cocacola , pepsi , beer and some wine made from grapes . After a while , my belly was full but I still was eatting some dessert . There are some dessert to choose such as melon , grapes , pear . Finally , I got a cup of coffee . I was very relaxed by flourve of it . Next , we slept for a long time and then drove motorbike in the streets about nightfall .We went snowly by motorbike and there were so many fun gave me on the day . Nightlife was animate . All shop was being opened with colourful lights , many vehicles were going in the streets and some people were going on foot in pavement to the streets became bustling and clamourous . About ten o’clock , we went back home to ready for next day that is enjoyable . It’s joyful memory . Furthermore , it’s reward to me for I passed one's examination to studying at HUT so it remind me that I must try to study very well

In our country, summer holiday is the longest holiday in a year. I often went to sea with my family and my relatives every summer holidays. But last summer, my parents allowed me go to sea with my friends. I had many memories with my friends and it made impression on me.
The trip had seven people; four boys and three girls. We learnt primary school together. So far we have been close friends. We spent three days on holiday. On holiday, we only slept four hours a day and the rest time we went swimming, went sightseeing
At the morning, we got up at half past four o’clock to see sunrise. It was very peaceful and calm in early morning. After that we went swimming. In the evening, we went along seaside. At that time the wave seemed gentler than it was in the afternoon. The later it was, the more people the beach had. Everybody looked happy. We took many photographs and had a lots of sea foods. All of us were indeed happy.
At the last day, there was a small problem with me. I had stomachache. Maybe I was not suitable with sea foods. Fortunately I bought medicine, so I took a medicine and I was ok.
After three days, we came back home. I think it was great time in my life.

Last summer, I had an unforgettable summer holiday with my family in Dalat. Dalat is about 300 km to the north of HCM city. This city is famous for its roman places, bright weather and delicious food. Additionally, it is known as love city in VN because it attracts large number of couples to visit, peaceful and beautiful landscape. When my family got there, we hired a hotel room in city center near Ho Xuan Huong lake and walked by the lake every nights. Beside, we also had good time to take part in several outdoor activities such as: visiting night market, flower park; tasting spring roll and soy milk. My sister and I brought many souvenirs from a store in order to give them for our friends and relatives. In second day, my family had a chance to visit Clay Village- a mini model, which describes ancient and modern Dalat. The construction is a masterpiece of art and attracts both Vietnamese and foreign tourists. Moreover, there is Langbiang so that visitors can hike climbing and enjoy roasted meats at the top of the mountain. However, my family chose to move by a jeep because nobody wants to be exhausted when getting there. It’s such a wonderful sightseeing trip. In the next few days, we went to Crazy House, which used to belong to Hang Nga- daughter of Truong Chinh. The villa has strange architecture with unique style as a mysterious castle. The tourists are really impressed with this house. After a week in Dalat, we decided to come back home. My parents go back to work at the office and I go bạck to school for a new year study. It’s an enjoyable holiday and I hope having a chance to go back Dalat in a near future.

Ngoài ra, chúng tôi còn tham gia vào rất nhiều hoạt động giải trí ngoài trời như: đi chợ đêm, vườn hoa và ăn nem uống sữa đậu nành. Chị tôi và tôi còn mua rất nhiều quà lưu niệm tại các của hàng để làm quà tặng bạn bè và người thân. Vào ngày thứ hai, cả gia đình tham quan làng đất sét- mô hình thu nhỏ của ĐL xưa và nay. Công trình này là một tuyệt tác nghệ thuật thu hút không chủ khách VN mà còn du khách nứơc ngoài. ĐL còn có núi Langbiang cho mọi người đi bộ và thưởng thức thịt nướng ngay trên đỉnh núi. Tuy nhiên, gia đình chúng tôi chọn cách di chuyển bằng xe zip bởi vì không ai muốn mệt mỏi khi leo tới đỉnh núi. Đó là một cuộc thưởng ngoạn tuyệt vời. Vào những ngày tiếp theo, chúng tôi có dịp tham quan nhà kì quái, từng thuộc về bà Hằng Nga- con gái bí thư Trường Chinh. Ngôi biệt thự có kiến trúc lạ với phong cách độc đáo như những toà lâu đài huyền bí. Khách du lịch rất ấn tượng trước ngôi nhà này. Sau 1 tuần ở ĐL chúng tôi quay trở về nhà. Bố mẹ lại quay lại làm việc tại văn phòng còn tôi bắt đầu 1 năm học mới. Đó là kì nghỉ thực sự thú vị và tôi mong sẽ có dịp được quay trở lại ĐL.

Then we swam and lay down on the sand to enjoy beautiful sunlight and the clear blue sky. We also enjoyed delicious seafood and drank fresh coconuts.

Chúng tôi ở đó trong 2 ngày tại một nhà nghỉ nhỏ nhưng thuận tiện. Ngày đầu tiên, chúng tôi dậy sớm để xem mặt trời mọc trên bãi biển. Đó là thứ rực rỡ nhất mà tôi từng thấy. Sau đó, chúng tôi bơi và nằm trên cát tận hưởng ánh nắng tuyệt đẹp và bầu trời trong xanh. Chúng tôi cũng được thưởng thức hải sản ngon và uống nước dừa tươi.

The next day, it took us about 30 minutes to hike up the Small Mountain to visit the Lighthouse. But it was really worth the try! The lighthouse affords a panoramic magnificent view of the whole of Vung Tau and is a really interesting site. On top of Small Mountain, there is the enormous 28m figure of Jesus gazing across the East Sea. This is the largest sculpture in the Southern Vietnam. The two shoulders of the figure are balconies, each able to accommodate up to six people, which offer a splendid view of the surrounding landscape.

Ngày hôm sau, chúng tôi mất khoảng 30 phút đi bộ lên núi Nhỏ để đến thăm ngọn hải đăng. Nhưng nó thực sự không uổng công! Ngọn hải đăng mang đến tầm nhìn toàn cảnh thành phố Vũng Tàu và là một địa điểm thực sự thú vị. Trên đỉnh núi Nhỏ, có một bức tượng khổng lồ cao 28m hình Chúa Giêsu nhìn qua Biển Đông. Đây là tác phẩm điêu khắc lớn nhất ở miền Nam Việt Nam. Hai vai của tượng đồng thời là dãy ban công, mỗi bên có thể chứa tối đa sáu người, mang đến một tầm nhìn tuyệt vời của cảnh quan xung quanh.

The weather during the time we stayed was really good and the local people were friendly. We took many photographs to save our memorable vacation and bought a lot of souvenirs, too. I just had so many good memories of that whole trip. Everything was great, but what made the trip even greater was the fact that I was able to bulid a stronger relationships with my colleagues.

 Thời tiết trong khoảng thời gian chúng tôi ở lại rất đẹp và người dân địa phương rất thân thiện. Chúng tôi đã chụp rất nhiều ảnh để lưu giữ lại kỳ nghỉ đáng nhớ này và chúng tôi cũng đã mua rất nhiều đồ lưu niệm. Tôi đã có rất nhiều kỷ niệm đẹp về toàn bộ chuyến đi. Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời, nhưng những gì làm chuyến đi thậm chí còn tuyệt hơn là thực tế là tôi đã xây dựng được những mối quan hệ vững bền hơn với các đồng nghiệp của mình.

As a student, I don’t have much free time beside those I love, so my summer vacation is the duration during which I often busy myself with many things at home all day. In the day time,

I often do sundry things for my grandmother and help my parents to do housework. In the evening, I go out with some of my old friends.

We often chat with each other in a cafe. Usually, when I am free from doing housework, I go and visit close relatives in my neighborhood and ask them about their life and business. In the late evening, I watch films on TV or read novels or books to widen my understanding. I often

go to bed very late.

In my mind, I always want my short summer vacations to be not only comfortable for me but also useful for my beloved people

Everybody loves holidays because during our holidays we can relax and have fun. We get enough time to travel, play our favorite sports and prace our hobbies. My Favorite holiday is Last Holiday. Below I will tell you about my last holiday. I had always dreamed about going to XYZ (name of a city) and near places. On 27th July I , my family departed ABC (name of a district) towards our first destination, XYZ . As soon as we reached there after a long journey, I was stunned by the beautiful scenic views that I only saw in pictures. I was totally lost in the scenic views that I forgot to blink my eyes. We stayed in the 5-star hotel in front of the beach. Next day, we hired a boat for a trip to see small islands. It was simply amazing.We swam all day and return our Hotel. Following day we hired a car and saw historical place, visited museum and doing shopping. It was a beautiful and excited.The holiday was a perfect. We did so many activities which included Swimming, Football, Scuba diving, Boat trip,Visiting museum, Paragliding etc. We also watched the sunrise of BBB summit, it was very roman. It was the most amazing and spectacular experience of my life that I was stunned by God’s creation of a heaven- place on earth. Our journey ended on 4th of August. On our way back we traveled by bus again. During the trip I thought, ‘Those days were amazing and unforgettable, I wished if I had more days to spend over there’. My holiday was exciting and full of joy. I enjoyed it immensely. I am looking forward to going there again soon
