I usually spend my free time playing with my friends. Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding the ball on the other team's court. Players can use hands, arms to strike or to push the ball. Playing volleyball makes me relax after studying hard, makes friends, improve my height and especially makes me healthier. Realizing its the benifits, I will never stop playing volleyball.

It is a game played for ninety minutes (in two halves of 45 minutes and 15 minutes breaks. This game has two teams of eleven players in each.
