- Quy Nhon is a small city in the Central Coast Vietnam. It belongs to Binh Dinh province that is known as martial arts land of Vietnam. This is not a tourism destination so it's peaceful, quiet, friendly people, cheap price. Like another Coast cities, it has very fresh sea food. Now, some places are developing to attract tourists but if you want to find somewhere not crowded, this is.
You can go to the top of Vung Chua mountain by motorbike (from Ghenh Rang, near the Queen beach). It takes about 15 minutes. This is the best place to see all of the beautiful city, graceful sea with natural beauty of Thi Nai lagoon, Phuong Mai peninsula and Thi Nai bridge - the longest cross-sea bridge of Vietnam.

Do you feel parents do not understand the heavy pressure you are experiencing at school? Maybe your parents think you do not have to work hard to raise your family, cover expenses, or satisfy your employer. That's the way it is, but you still think that the pressure you endure in school is no less than your parents, even more.
Only walking between school and home can be stressful. Ms. Tara, in the United States, said: "On the bus to take students often encounters the fight. They often have to stop and take people down. At times like that, we may be late for at least half an hour. "
Is there any tension in school? Barely! Perhaps you agree with the statements below:
Stressed by the pressure from the teacher.
"The teachers set my expectations and wanted me to reach the maximum. I feel pressured to please them. "- Sandra, Fiji.
"The teacher always pushes the students to study well, especially those with good academic performance. They really put pressure on us. "- April, USA.
"Even if you have good goals for your life, some teachers make you feel helpless because you do not set a goal that they think you should reach, that is, higher education." - Naomi, USA.
How about you?
.....
Stress from the pressure from friends.
"In high school, students are freer and more disruptive. If you do not follow them, you will be penniless. "- Kevin, United States.
"Friends around me know how to drink and have sex. Sometimes I find it very difficult to refrain from imitating them. "- Aaron, New Zealand.
"This year I am 12 years old, what stresses me most is the pressure from friends to dating. Everybody asked me: "Until you get married?" "Alexandria, USA.
"Friends forced you to pair with a boyfriend. When I do not bear the reputation of homosexuality. That year, I was 10 years old! "- Christa, Australia.
How about you?
.....
Tension for fear of reaction of friends to their beliefs.
"Telling your friends about your religion is very difficult because you do not know what they will think. You are afraid of being a weirdo. "- Carol, Hawaii.
"In high school, you know how to drink, use drugs, and have sex. Therefore, when living according to biblical standards and different from them, you feel stressed out for fear of being mocked. "- Susan, United States.

=> I live in New York with my parents. There are a good number of interesting places to see and visit here. But the New York Public Library is more interesting to me than any other places.
I am a citizen of the USA by birth but my parents are not. They came here in search of living from Larissa in Greece during the 1980s. They have been living for around 36 years in this city. After my birth and I got matured enough, they took me to different interesting places to visit in the New York City, and these places are really interesting. But being an introvert, I disliked the crowds and the public library appeared to be more interesting to me than other places. The place is filled with books on numerous issues, magazines, documents and many other things. The classics available in the library were my favourite.
Going to the library is easier for me. In fact, this is not far away from my residence. The New York Public Library is only a 10-minute walk from my home. It remains open from 10 am to 8 pm, except the weekends. Usually, I go there in the evening and read books or novels until the library is closed. Besides, the library is accessible from the other parts of the city. The people who want to visit the library can reach here using several transportation modes. They can reach the library by taxi, metro or by their private cars. But the people who live nearby, like me, come here mostly on foot.
The New York Public Library is a great place to read. But the people who come here are not readers always. Some of them are researchers, while some others may be historians or musicians. Actually, the library is visited by a wide range of people. Basically, the library comes with the reading facilities. But there is also the scope to check the reference books, peep on the music directory or crosscheck any history. Besides, the reading rooms are well expanded and the readers have ample opportunities to use the books and references after their needs. But they have to be careful with the books. Silence among the readers while reading books is expected there.
Reading books may appear boring to many but it is very interesting to me. I love reading books. The books help us to know the unknown and unseen. The experiences of past thousand years have been preserved in books in words. So, when I read them, it appears that I am travelling through time! But every place is not suitable for reading and it requires a very special environment. Hence, I think a library is a nice place to read. At the same time, it is an interesting place as an enriched collection of books are available together. In fact, it is impossible for an individual to collect a part of the books of this library in his entire life. So, I find more interest in reading books in a calm place and the New York Public Library is a place I would recommend to a tourist.

1.Walk or ride your bike whenever possible. One of the best things you can do to help stop pollution is to stop using your car for short trips. If the weather is nice and you don’t have too far to go, consider walking or riding your bike. You will help reduce air pollution and you will get some exercise and fresh air in the process
2.Use public transportation. Riding the bus, train, or subway is another great way to avoid using your personal vehicle and reduce carbon emissions. If you have access to good public transportation where you live, take advantage of it. Since you won’t have to worry about keeping your eyes on the road, you can take advantage of the time to read, catch up on news, or just relax.
