I learn many subjects in school. But the one I enjoy learning is History.

History tells us how people lived ages ago. It also tells us how men had to struggle to make the world a better place to live. Many pupils, however, do not to read History. They say that there are too many names and dates to remember. But they do not understand that if we do not know about the past, we can not understand the present properly. In fact, only a study of History will make us realize that everything we do today is the result of what our grandfathers and others before them did in the past. So, History is the long story, we learn many interesting things.

I love history so much that i have a lot of history books in my house. Some day, i might even write a history book myself.

I come from a nuclear family which consists of 4 members. There are my parents, my older brother and me. My dad is forty-five years old and he is a great doctor. He leaves home at 7 in the morning and only comes back home when it is11pm. There are many days when he has to work overnight and that makes him exhausted.

My dad is hard-working and responsible. He always put patients in the first place. Meanwhile, my mother is a lawyer. She is even busier than my father. She often has to go on business and spend little time at home. Although they are successful and busy, they still care for us. They teach us and attend every meeting and events at our school.

No matter how tired they are, my parents sometimes take us to travel and discover new cities. My older brother is 25. He works as a postgraduate. He is handsome, manly and very attractive. He loves science fiction books and philosophy books. I adore him very much. My family is happy. I love them very much and I want us to live together under the same roof for the rest of my life.

Anh ấy rất đẹp trai, nam tính và rất thu hút. Anh ấy thích những cuốn sách khoa học viễn tưởng và sách viết về triết lý sống. Tôi rất yêu quý anh. Gia đình tôi rất hạnh phúc. Everyone in my family is very busy. The time everyone can see each other is at meals. Therefore, my mother always carefully prepared the meal. I often help mom with cooking in my spare time. After we set the food on the table, I called my dad and brother  to eat. We will wish everyone a delicious meal. My dad will tell us about interesting things when he goes to work. My mother often talks about the things she just bought. My brother and I laughed happily too. Because my dad works so hard, he can eat a lot. I love the food my mom cooks. I hope I can cook as well as my mother. After eating, she will prepare me and my brother with fresh milk. I don’t drinking milk very much but my mom said it would be good for me. My house is located in a small quiet alley. That’s a pretty pink house which consists of 6 rooms in totally: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are a white leather sofa, a television and a sideboard in the living room. After dinner, my father will turn on the television, choose a great movie and we watch it happily. Next to the living room is the kitchen where is used for cooking and enjoying the meals. In the middle of the room is a dinner table which is made from wood. Three cookers, a refrigerator and all the neccesary stuff for cooking is arranged carefully in the right corner of the room. In the left of the kitchen is a clean toilet. Beside the toilet is the bathroom which is equipped a shower and a bathtub. There are only two rooms upstairs that is my parents’ room and my private room. I’ve decorated my bedroom with adorable wallpaper and many lovely stuffed animals. A single bed is placed next to the window so that I can stargaze before falling asleep. In the opposite of the bed are my desk and my bookshelf that contain many kinds of book. There are also an old television and a piano in my bedroom. I especially love the piano because that was the gift from dad in my birthday. In every Christmas or Tet holiday, all member of my family ornament the house together and then gather in the kitchen to cooking. Although my house is not too big but to me that is the most beautiful house in the world.

My family is going to visit my grandparents in Kien Giang in next summer. I’m looking forward to seeing them and their beautiful house that I love so much. That’s an ancient small French villa with a chimney and many old arc windows. The house is light blue that is my favourite colour. There are two floors and a terrace in the house. A living room and a kitchen are in the first floor. My grandfather put a sofa made from wood, an out-dated telvevision and a small aquarium with many colorful schools of fish. Behind the living room is the kitchen. The stuffs in the kitchen are quite old, exception gas stove and refrigerator. My grandmother told me that she had a lot of experiences in this kitchen because she almost spent all of her life to do household chorces and cooking. Next to the kitchen is a cute henhouse where grandmom often takes eggs to bake a best cake ever. There are 3 bedrooms and a workship room where is kept clean all the time in the second floor. The bedroom is very simple and corny. I have to admit that the bedroom looks very musky. When I was a kid, I always thought of scary things would happen to me if I fell asleep in a bedroom that. And nothing happened to me, of course, that’s just my imagination. The last part of the house is the terrace which is my grandfather’s world. He has many strange beautiful birds whose names are difficult to remember, too. He lets the birds land in the trees which he planted a long time ago. Every morning, my grandparents do exercises and enjoy the fresh air there together. To everyone, that house may be very normal but to me that is the most perfect house in the world.

Phòng ngủ rất đơn giản và cũ kỹ. Tôi phải thừa nhận rằng phòng ngủ ở đây trông có vẻ rất âm u. Khi tôi còn nhỏ, tôi luôn suy nghĩ về những điều đáng sợ sẽ xảy đến với tôi nếu tôi ngủ. Và không có chuyện gì xảy đến cả, đó là do tôi tưởng tượng ra mà thôi. Phần cuối cùng trong căn nhà là sân thượng-thế giới riêng của ông. Ông nuôi rất nhiều loài lạ và đẹp có cái tên rất khó nhớ. Ông để cho chim chóc đậu trên những cái cây đã được trồng từ rất lâu rồi. Vào mỗi buổi sáng, ông bà của tôi cùng nhau tập thể dục và tận hưởng không khí mát lành trên đây cùng với nhau. Đối với mọi người đó có thể chỉ là một căn nhà bình thường nhưng đối với tôi đó là căn nhà tuyệt vời nhất trên thế giới.

There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical and psychological benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high schools and universities teach badminton as a physical subject for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages. Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.
