A person with good health and fitness becomes able to live his/her life to its fullest extent. It is very important for a person in life to be physically and mentally fit to live a healthy and happy life. Healthy and fit people become less prone to the medical conditions. Fitness does not mean to be physically fit only, it also means with healthy mental state of the person. One can get healthy mental state if he/she becomes physically fit. The simple way to remain healthy and fit is having stress free mind with regular exercise and balanced diet. People who maintain their ideal weight become less prone to the cardiac and other health problems. People who are physically active can easily maintain a relaxed state of mind.      Our lives have a lot of pressure and stress, so we have to have a healthy wave style and know how to release stress. First of all, we must work and rest at the right time and at the right time. We should eat heathy food such as meat,fish,eggs,yogurt,a lot of vegetables,and should a lot of fruits,too.if we eat unhealthy food such as candy,fast food...but we do not exercises,we will get obesity.so we do exercises or play some kinds of sports every morning,and we should not be lazy.when we go out,we should wear a sun hat

Firstly, we can use leaves to wrap food , reuse and recycle bottles and cans to reduce garbage

Secondly, we shouldn’t throw trash onto the water to keep water cleaner put garbage bins around the school yard to prevent lazy students from throwing trash and to keep the schoolyard clean.

Nextly, we should go to school or to work on foot or by bicycle to reduce exhaust fume to keep our air cleaner.

How to keep your teeth

Nowadays, people start to care more about their appearance. And they especially care about their teeth. If you have strong teeth, you can both be more beautiful and keep fit. To keep your teeth, the easiest way is brushing your teeth at least 2 times a day and you shouldn't eat too much food which makes your teeth worse such as candies, sugar, fried food. And you must go to see the doctor at least 2 times a year to sure that your teeth don't have any problems. The last thing is: don't eat much food at night, especially sweet food. Wish you strong and bright, you can have a really cute smile!

How to keep your health

When people don't care about their health, they can take the risk of having illnesses. So you must keep your health to study harder and you can join many activities. To keep your health, you should do morning exercises or go to the gym club every day. You should eat healthy food such as vegetables and fruits. You shouldn't eat fast food although they are really delicious. But don't think it's all, the most important thing is keeping fit when the weather is not ok: you must wear a raincoat when it's rainy, you must wear sunhat when it's hot and wear a coat when it's cold. Finally, you shouldn't stay at home and use the computer too much. Go out and take up a sport to be healthy!
