I was born and grown up on the poor land in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province. That’s where deeply attaches to me 24 years of life. If anyone who asks me that “What’s the thing your most proud of?” .I will answer that’s my hometown. Duc Tho is the land poor where the people live by rice cultivation, breeding, and fishing. Although the life is very difficult, but the people is very friendly, and studious. In Duc Tho, there is a Tung Anh village where called “Doctor village”. Duc Tho is also the home of Tran Phu Secretary General, and marked many memories of the great leader Ho Chi Minh.

If you come to Duc Tho, you will feel many interesting things, visiting Tran Phu tombstone, La Giang dyke, rowing on La driver, and enjoying the traditional songs. In the evening, they can enjoy a special food which is “mussel rice” – just only eat one time, you will never forget.

Beautiful and unobtrusive! Duc Tho always tries to grow, and to improve the life of people, but keeping the traditional culture.

Ms. Mai is my favorite neighbor. She is a teacher at an elementary school. Her figure is small, tall. Every day, she goes to school on a small motorbike. You teach class 5A and have been elected the leader. Miss Mai loves you so much! Where to go, she will buy gifts for you. Many days, she helped my mother go to the market! Every night, she did many housework until late at night. Every time there is a difficult problem, I ask her. She gave a very easy lecture to understand. I really her because she is gentle and attentive.

Everyone has his own ideal town. And I also have my ideal town. This town will be the cleanest one in the world. The air is fresh and there's no noise in my town. My town will also have library. I can borrow books from it whenever I want. But the thing I want to have the most is: a cinema in the center of the town because I like seeing films very much. Every evenings, I will come and see interesting films. I hope I will live in the town I want.

I live in the suburbs of Nha Trang city. There are many good things about living in my neighbourhood. First, it has beautiful parks, sandy beaches, and sunny weather all year. So, it's very good for outdoor activities and events. Second, the traffic here is also great because the roads are wide and people follow the traffic lights very well. Also, my neighbours are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can make friends with them and ask them for help easily. However, there is one thing I don't about living here. It's quite inconvenient because if you want to hear some live music or watch a movie at the cinema, you have to catch a bus to the city centre. Despite that, I still love living here.

In the future ( year 3021 ) when , I would like to live in a better world. First and for most, there will be no homeless people, no poverty and social vices. All people will have jobs and income to live on their own. As a result, the rate of unemployment will decrease. Secondly, people in the world will live in peace, no war, no violence and inequality. All nations will join hands to build a whole new world. Furthermore, the world’s citizens will utilize environment friendly equipment. Instead of burning fossil fuels for energy, people use alternatives like wind and solar power. Electric vehicle will replace nowadays vehicle to reduce air pollution, electricity will be generated by wind, solar panels or wave without damaging the environment. Besides, modern systems of public transport run by electricity will be developed to stop congestions and with higher speed,they can help people to commute faster and attract them to use more. And last but not least, I’d like my world to be friendly to nature. More trees and flowers will be grown everywhere, deforestations will disappear and the endangered species will be protected thoroughly. Although my wanted world seems to be difficult to achieve, but I believe that when we join hands and make efforts, nothing is impossible

Mẹ em năm nay trạc bốn mươi tuổi, dáng người nhỏ nhắn, gọn gàng. Công việc hàng ngày của mẹ đó là đi chợ và nấu ăn. Sau khi đi chợ mẹ đặt chiếc giỏ xuống, cài cài tóc cho thật gọn rồi chuẩn bị nấu ăn. Em cũng xuống bếp phụ mẹ, mẹ đưa xoong gạo để vo rồi bật nút, thế là xong. Trong khi chờ cơm chín, mẹ lấy thức ăn trong giỏ ra và đặt lên bàn bếp, những thực phẩm rau củ quả tươi được mua về cho bữa ăn. Bàn tay mẹ nhẹ nhàng nhặt sạch rau bỏ đi những lá úa, bị sâu ăn, rửa lại sạch với nước. Đến phần làm cá mẹ cầm cá tươi cắt đuôi, vẩy rồi dùng tay luồn vào bên trong móc hết ruột, mang, mật, rửa lại với nước. Đến phần thịt thái mỏng từng lát sau đó ướp các gia vị cần thiết.

Thời gian thực hiện cho bữa ăn cũng chỉ ba mươi phút, thế là cơm đã sôi, mẹ lấy đũa lớn xới lên cho cơm chín đều. Thịt cá cũng được kho thơm phức. Những thành viên trong gia đình ai cũng khen bữa cơm ngon, mâm cơm hôm nào cũng hết sạch, tài nấu nướng của mẹ quả là số một.

Công việc nấu ăn nhìn đơn giản vậy chứ mệt lắm đấy nhé, nhưng với mẹ đây là công việc vừa vui vừa hạnh phúc khi được tận tay nấu những bữa ăn ngon, dinh dưỡng cho gia đình. Em thầm cám ơn mẹ nhờ có sự chăm sóc đó mà cả nhà ai cũng khỏe mạnh.

The house I am living in is situated in the suburb of Hanoi city, within thirtyminutes drive off the city center. We have lived there for more than twenty years. This isa fairly large house surrounded with a beautiful garden.My house consists of four bed-rooms, a living-room, a bathroom with a shower, adinning-room, a kitchen and a toilet. It is air-conditioned and well-furnished. The living-room is decorated beautifully. Paintings by famous artists are hung on the walls. Atnight,the color neon lights increase the beauty and coziness of the room. There, on Sundaysand holidays my father usually spends his time playing chess or drinking tea with hisfriends. My mother and my younger sisters are kind and hard-working women. Theyoften keep the house clean and tidy.On hot days of summer, we usually take meals in the garden, under a big tree. It is fairly cool and quiet here. We enjoy our meals in the melodious twitters of birds. Onstormy and rainy nights, all family membersgather in the living-room, watching television or telling each other about their daily activities.I love my house very much because it is the place where I was born and havegrown up in the education of my father and in the tender loving care of my mother. I havespent my whole childhood in the love and affection of my dear ones with so many sweet memories.
