To stay healthy, I prioritize a balanced lifestyle that includes regular exercise, a nutritious diet, and regular check-ups with my doctor. Firstly, I engage in a variety of exercises to keep my body active and fit. I enjoy a combination of cardio exercises such as running and cycling, as well as strength training exercises like weightlifting and yoga. This helps me maintain a healthy weight, improve my cardiovascular health, and build strength and flexibility.

In terms of my diet, I strive to eat a well-rounded and nutritious meal plan. I focus on consuming plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. I also make sure to drink an adequate amount of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. By incorporating these healthy food choices into my daily routine, I provide my body with the necessary nutrients to function optimally.

Regular visits to the doctor are an essential part of my health maintenance routine. I schedule annual check-ups to monitor my overall health and address any concerns or potential issues. By doing so, I can catch any potential health problems early on and take necessary steps to prevent them from worsening.

Fast food is something I try to limit in my diet. While it may be convenient, I am aware of its negative impact on my health. Therefore, I only indulge in fast food occasionally, as a treat rather than a regular meal option. This allows me to maintain a balanced diet and avoid the potential health risks associated with excessive fast food consumption.

Stress is an inevitable part of life, and I make a conscious effort to manage it effectively. I engage in stress-relieving activities such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, and spending time in nature. These practices help me relax, clear my mind, and maintain a healthy mental state.

Fortunately, I do not have any known allergies. However, I am cautious about trying new foods or products and always read labels to ensure I am not consuming anything that may trigger an allergic reaction.

When it comes to beverages, I prefer fruit juice over coke. Fruit juice provides essential vitamins and minerals, while coke is high in sugar and artificial additives. Fruit juice also offers a refreshing and natural taste that I find more enjoyable. Additionally, I appreciate the health benefits that come with consuming real fruit juice, such as antioxidants and hydration.

Overall, my commitment to regular exercise, a balanced diet, regular doctor visits, stress management, and mindful choices regarding food and beverages contribute to my efforts to stay healthy. By maintaining these habits, I strive to lead a fulfilling and healthy lifestyle.

The health is very important with our life. Many people said that " Having a good health is having every things". And the truth, if you haven't got a good health, you will not have perfect happiness in family, life and career. So that, It's necessary to keep your fit.
There are hundreds of thousands of way for you keep your fit. But in my opinion, you can notice some following point:
+ You should do morning exercises or play sport as ride bicycle in fresh air. Riding bicycle helps to reduces polluted environment too.
+ You should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment. Always have breakfast ( The nutrionist proves that breakfast is the most important meal per day). You should have meal in time. The best time to have lunch is about 11am to 12am, and for dinner is about 6 to 7pm. You should eat less meat, especial beef, turkey, fork...and should eat a lot fruit and vegetable, salad, fish; should drink a lot water, about 1l to 2l per day. Don't smoke and drink strong wine.
+ You should breathe fresh air, away from polluted areas.
+ You should have sufficient sleep, at least 6 hours per day, not stay at late. I deal sleeping is about 11pm.
+ You shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure, prevent from stress.
+ You should keep yourself and your home, especially your room lean, tidy.
+ You should see the doctor regularly periodic examine.
If you want to live long, the most important thing is that you have to be always happy.
You should be more optimistic, cheerful, try to comfort all the time, always keep the smile on your lips. You can tell jokes, be funny.
You can get married earlier, love and be loved, devote to your happy, get a good job...
The winter is coming, you take care more for your health please! Be always strong!
Finally, I want to wish you guys all the best!
" Health to the sick, honour to the brave, success to the lover, and freedom to the slave" - the proverb of chinese.

I listen to many different genres of music.

I’ll list them going from most-listened-to to least-listened-to.

Rock

Some of my favourite bands are Radiohead, U2, Muse and Elbow.

Folk

I love Mumford & Sons and The Lumineers

Classical

Not sure if film/game scores come under this list, but that’s what I mean. I love Hans Zimmer’s compositions, and my absolute most favourite video game theme would have to be Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. [1]

Dance/EDM

I listen to a lot of Daft Punk, I like TheFatRat and some of other stuff.

I also listen to some Pop, some Indie bands and a bit of Rap too.

Here’s a list of some bands that I haven’t mentioned here that I listen to often.

Of Monsters and Men

Arcade Fire

Gaz Coombes

Lorde

Galantis

Twenty One Pilots

Kavinsky

Jamie xx

Coldplay

Gorillaz

Woodkid

Lucky Chops

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis

Snow Patrol

One Republic

Kings of Leon

Stromae

I love food. Food is great to eat. One time I went to sizzler and I found twenty bucks on the seat. I told my mom and she told me to keep it. That’s why I love food.

Pizza is the best of all. I love the cheese and it tastes good. Sometimes I like to go jogging too. I used to run like twenty, thirty miles a day, every day. I was a very good runner. When you run you gotta eat so I eat pizza because it tastes great after a nice long jog and it hits the spot and you don’t ever wanna go to Mario’s pizza in queens cause he can’t make it good. You should go to Mama’s pizza parlor, they make it pretty sweet. And they have a jukebox too which is nice. One time I was in Florida and I was at a diner with my friend Pete and we were eatin pizza but they had a jukebox and I put a quarter in and pressed the button to play some Eminem but it didn’t work so I gave it a couple of taps and still it didn’t work. It didn’t even give me my quarter back so then my friend Pete WHACKS it and the whole thing tipped over and the waitress came over and yelled at us and told us to we were going to have to pay for it but I was like, ‘no way!’ So we just ran outta there. I think they called the police but it doesn’t matter because I don’t live anywhere near Florida so they’ll never find me.

Another reason why I love pizza is because it reminds me of my brother. One time my brother and me went to the movies to go see this horror movie and these two girls in front of us kept screaming and getting scared so my brother took some gummy worms and dropped then onto the girl’s heads and they were screaming so loud. I think pizza is the best food in the world.

I have an unusual hobby: carving eggshells. I started this hobby four years ago after getting a carved egg from my dad when he came back from Japan. It's amazing that something as fragile as an empty eggshell can be made into such a beautiful piece of art. I was so amazed that I learned how to carve them myself from the internet. I find carving eggshells a little difficult but so interesting and useful. The feeling of accomplishment when I finish a piece is absolutely awesome. This hobby also helps me be more patient and careful.

Van Mieu (The Temple of Literature) was constructed in 1070 during Ly Thanh Tong's dynasty. Its original purpose was to honor Confucius. In 1076, the first university of Vietnam called Quoc Tu Giam (The Imperial Academy), was established within this temple by Emperor Ly Nhan Tong. That's the reason why the complex has the name of Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam up to now. Initially, Quoc Tu Giam was the school for princes and children of royal families and then expanded in the following year to admit top students from around the country.

Nowadays, Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam is one of the most famous tourist destinations for both Vietnamese people and foreigners. It's also a place to celebrate doctorates and high ranking scholars of Vietnam. One special thing about this place is that there are 82 Doctors' stone tablets. They are tombstones with names and origins of 1304 doctors placed on the backs of stone tortoises. If you come here at the beginning of the year or in May, when many important examinations take place, you will catch sights of numerous families and students who come and pray for luck.

Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam opens daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the entrance fee for each adult is 30,000 VND.

Cooking is my favorite hobby. My grandmother taught me how to cook my first dish when I was 8. My family enjoyed it so much so that is when I started this hobby. Some people say cooking is a waste of time but I find this hobby very interesting and meaningful. I really love trying new food and cooking for my family. The feeling of making my family happy with my food is amazing. I often collect recipes from my mother and my grandmother. Sometimes I also get recipes from the internet. Then I write them in a notebook. I hope I will become a good chef and have my own cookery book in the future.

Topic 4

TODAY we live in a country that is polially so polarized that it prevents government from getting anything done, both at the federal and state level. We are being torn apart by some of the ugliness we see on television each evening, and we are led by the most controversial president in American history. I am 76 years old and have served in public service for more than 50 years as a mayor and a leader of nonprofit organizations, and I have never been so worried for our country as I am today. Even during the civil rights movement in the ’60s and the much-hated war in Vietnam we held out hope for a better America.

When I want to feel better, I take a long walk through my neighborhood. I live in an older neighborhood near downtown Bremerton, a neighborhood that is diverse in terms of people’s age, their polis, which church they attend, the color of their skin and their income levels.

What I see are people who to organize a weekly farmers market, hold festivals, have food drives for the needy or help raise funds to upgrade one of our neighborhood parks. Their goal is to create a community where people live longer, healthier, happier lives. Shouldn’t that be the goal of any of our government institutions? Shouldn’t every action taken by our government have some positive impact on our ability to live healthier, happier, longer lives? Instead, our lawmakers spend more time fighting, without a willingness to compromise, only to end up getting nothing done.

I have come to believe that the local neighborhood might be the most effective and powerful tool we have today that can impact the quality of our lives. Organized neighborhoods can support local business, provide resources for entrepreneurs, help with job training, create a strong neighborhood business association, and encourage neighbors to buy local. They can improve our health with community gardens, walking clubs and walk-in health clinics.

Today, we should all do all we can to activate our neighborhoods by encouraging neighborhood associations, empowering neighborhoods to positively impact the community, and provide a framework and support for grass-roots projects.

Organized neighborhoods can connect people through neighborhood clubs, block parties and can use technology for staying in touch and sharing information. We can work together and plant more trees, organize a tool lending library, and share our talents by offering classes and workshops. This is the America I want to live in, and it is right here in my own neighborhood.
