Vì\(q^2⋮q\Leftrightarrow13⋮q\Leftrightarrow\left[{}\begin{matrix}q=1\\q=13\end{matrix}\right.\)
Nếu q =1 thì:\(p+1=14\Leftrightarrow p=13\)
\(\Rightarrow pq=13\left(cm^2\right)\)(1)
Nếu q=13 thì:\(13p+13=182\Leftrightarrow p=13\)
\(\Rightarrow pq=169\left(cm^2\right)\)(2)
Từ (1)(2) ta có: \(max\left(pq\right)=169\left(cm^2\right)\)

Đề bài như sau : Diện tích của hình chữ nhật là 50 m2 . Nếu tăng chiều dài lên 10% , giảm chiều rộng đi 20% thì sau đó diệ tích của hình chữ nhật mới là ............m2 ?
Giải :
Giả sử tổng của chiều dài và chiều rộng là 100% .
Nếu tăng chiều dài lên 10% thì tổng mới là :
100% + 10% = 110%
Nếu giảm chiều dài đi 20% thì tổng mới là :
100% - 20% = 80%
Vậy diện tích mới là :
110% x 80% = 8800%
Mà 8800% = 88 m2 nên diện tích mới là 88 m2 .
Đáp số : 88 m2 .
