Today if there is any institution which has the greatest influence on us after the family, it is the school. The time that we spend in school are not only time spent in learning and filling our minds with knowledge, but also time spent forming our character, acquiring various attitudes and imbibing basic principles of life. The basic traits of our personality are formed during our school days.

The name of my school is Nguyen Binh Khiem High School. It is situated in the suburb of Hai Phong city. It is considered to be one of the finest schools in the city, highly acclaimed for its excellent for number of talented students. The school building is an impressive structure. It consists of four three – floor blocks and has about 36 classrooms. Classrooms are spacious and airy.

Two staircases at both ends lead to the floors. The school has a well-equipped library, a well- established science laboratory and two excellent computer room, all of which are situated on the a separate block.

There is an area for learning physical education and sports. Two cemented basketball courts stand in the right corner, while the school’s football field is in the center of the area. On the left center, there are two courts for badminton and volleyball. A small garden full of flower plants surrounds the school building adding to the charm and beauty of the entire complex.

My school has over 1200 students. Our headmaster is an experienced and efficient person who has been at his job for the last 10 years and more. Under his able direction, the school has been obtaining many good result and gain the dispute in the city. The teachers here are well-experienced and knowledgeable in their subjects.

A lot of emphasis are given to character formation, moral education and acquiring good values of life. Although the school environment is rather strict and time-table based, but there is lot of fun and joy in the school. Matches, tournaments, musical shows, competitions, events, etc. make my school life lively, interesting and enjoyable.

I am proud to be a student of Nguyen Binh Khiem High school.

2. My school

My secondary school is a place that bears all the hallmarks of my childhood memories. It is placed in the center of my district. Surrounded by a paddy-field, it enjoys lined- trees and colorful garden, which creates a wonderful view. Moreover, this school was designed with a large- scale plan. It is a 2 storied building of u shape with capacity of 1000 people and it was invested heavily in infrastructures with well- equipped classrooms. In a good environment, students are given many precious chances to discover and develop their inner talents. Besides modern facilities, this school is also well- known for enthusias and qualified teachers who are always dedicated and devoted themselves to teaching career. In conclusion, studied in this school for four years, it has become an indispensable part in my life.

Tóm lại, học tập ở ngôi trường này trong vòng bốn năm, ngôi trường dường như đã trở thành một phần không thể thiếu trong cuộc sống của tôi.

1. My house

My house is located in a small quiet alley. That’s a pretty pink house which consists of 6 rooms in totally: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are a white leather sofa, a television and a sideboard in the living room. After dinner, my father will turn on the television, choose a great movie and we watch it happily. Next to the living room is the kitchen where is used for cooking and enjoying the meals. In the middle of the room is a dinner table which is made from wood. Three cookers, a refrigerator and all the neccesary stuff for cooking is arranged carefully in the right corner of the room. In the left of the kitchen is a clean toilet. Beside the toilet is the bathroom which is equipped a shower and a bathtub. There are only two rooms upstairs that is my parents’ room and my private room. I’ve decorated my bedroom with adorable wallpaper and many lovely stuffed animals. A single bed is placed next to the window so that I can stargaze before falling asleep. In the opposite of the bed are my desk and my bookshelf that contain many kinds of book. There are also an old television and a piano in my bedroom. I especially love the piano because that was the gift from dad in my birthday. In every Christmas or Tet holiday, all member of my family ornament the house together and then gather in the kitchen to cooking. Although my house is not too big but to me that is the most beautiful house in the world.

Tôi trang trí phòng của mình bằng giấy dán tường rất ngộ nghĩnh và nhiều thú nhồi bông dễ thương. Chiếc giường đơn được đặt cạnh cửa sổ để tôi có thể ngắm sao trước khi chìm vào giấc ngủ. Đối diện giường là bàn học và kệ sách chứa rất nhiều loại sách. Trong phòng của tôi còn có một chiếc tivi cũ và một chiếc đàn piano. Tôi đặc biệt thích chiếc đàn piano bởi vì đó là món quà mà tôi tặng sinh nhật tôi. Vào mỗi dịp tết hay giáng sinh, tất cả thành viên trong gia đình đều cùng trang trí căn nhà và tập trung dưới bếp để nấu ăn. Mặc dù ngôi nhà của không lớn nhưng đối với tôi đó là ngôi nhà đẹp nhất trên thế giới này.

If she does not know something or somebody famous, she just says it, she is also honest about how she feels. Also, I how she does not fit in the box of all other female singers. Her music is not always my taste, but it is indeed exceptional. Some songs are fiction, some are dialogues of inner monsters, of God, of devil. I take it more as musical surrealism and joy of expressing the weirdness than anything else. The way she sings, the effects and instruments are well manufactured and unusual.

Basketball is my favorite sport of all time. It is also my passion for life. 

My uncle is the one who inspired me to play basketball. My 3 favorite basketball players are Dwyane Wade, Kobe Bryant and Micheal Jordan.
Basketball is a great way to get your mind off things and express yourself. Every time I step out on the court, it becomes a chance for me to show every aspects of who I really am from an emotional, physical, and competitive standpoint.

I personally feel that basketball teaches many life lessons. Basketball is a sport that requires personal skill, team work and speed. It is also an opportunity to help individuals grow by responsibility, hardwork and leardership. These things are what you can apply to your daily life and help you grow. When you play basketball you feel much more confident about yourself.

One other reason that I love basketball is you only need yourself to play the game or you can play it with teammates. Team work is one of the most important keys for playing basketball. Good basketball team always do some great teamworks. It is wonderful when we do some fake moves to make the opponents jump, and then we pass the ball to other teammates.

I to play basketball outside with my friends we always have a good time together. Sometime, when we lose game, we will discuss our weakness together, and we all believe that next time we can play better. Basketball makes us trust each other more and make our friendship becomes stronger. 
Basketball in my opinion is the best thing I can do to have fun while burning a few calories. It is a sport that can work your whole body. Playing basketball is studying for the test, if you don’t play hard, you may lose the game.

For me there is not only one word that can describe how much I love basketball. It makes me feel great and satisfied. It is a very addicting sport that makes you want to play more and more. It is a great hobby for everyone to have and is a great way to bond with family members and friends.

Nghệ sĩ Hoài Linh

Việt Nam ta có rất nhiều những nghệ sĩ hài, những người mang đến cho ta những tiếng cười thật thoải mái, vui vẻ sau những giờ học hành, làm việc căng thẳng. Trong số đó, em thật sự ấn tượng về chú Hoài Linh, một trong những danh hài mà ai ai cũng biết.

Chú Hoài Linh xuất thân vốn đã khốn khó, ấy vậy mà điều đó không làm tắt đi nụ cười và tinh thần của chú. Và ta cũng thấy, lúc nào chú cũng xuất hiện với một sự giản dị, chất phác cho dù chú đang hóa thân vào bất kì vai diễn nào. Sự mộc mạc đó trước tiên đã đem đến cho khán giả, những người thưởng thức một sự quen thuộc, gần gũi tự nhiên.

Dáng người chú không mập mạp chút nào, thay vào đó là sự mảnh khảnh, trông có vẻ gầy lắm. Tóc chú thường dài đến ngang vai, chắc tại chú hay đóng là con gái nên để vậy suốt.

Chú đóng hài, làm cho người ta cười lên cười xuống, nhưng cũng có những lúc, lại im lặng, có khi còn khiến mình rơi nước mắt. Những bài học của chú mang vào trong vai diễn giống như là những điều mà chú từng trải qua, cay đắng ngọt bùi đủ cả...

Chú Hoài Linh có biệt tài giả nữ. Không chỉ từ cách ăn mặc, điệu bộ, mà còn cả giọng nói nữa. Có người còn khen chú Hoài Linh có khi còn đẹp gái hơn mấy cô người mẫu nữa kia.

Riêng về giọng nói, chú có thể giả giọng được rất nhiều vùng miền. Từ giọng ngoài Bắc, miền Trung, miền biển, miền Tây sông nước nữa. Nhớ có lần được xem chú thể hiện, giả giọng của rất nhiều cô chú ca sĩ nổi tiếng như chú Duy Khánh, Tuấn Ngọc... khiến cho khán giả ngồi dưới kinh ngạc và bái phục chú.

Cách chú nói chuyện trong khi diễn rất tự nhiên, lâu lâu lại có những câu "mất nết" nhưng lại làm cho mọi người phải ồ lên thích thú.

Dạo này nghe nói sức khỏe của chú đang đi xuống. Có lần người ta có nói chú mỗi lần diễn xong là vào trong, có người phải đỡ chú đi nữa. Ai biết được đằng sau những tiếng cười ngoài sân khấu kia là sự hy sinh vô bờ bến của chú, nói riêng và những người như chú nói chung. Điều này càng làm cho chú trở nên đáng kính trọng hơn nhiều nữa.

Mong chú luôn luôn mạnh khỏe, luôn mang tiếng cười đến mọi người và cả cho bản thân. Mong chú biết được rằng chú luôn được mọi người mến mộ và kính trọng nhé.
