I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly

          I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Căng thẳng có thể gây hại khả năng hệ thống miễn dịch của tôi làm việc tối ưu, những người căng thẳng thì có xu hướng dễ bị cảm lạnh hơn là những người ít bị căng thẳng. Việc quản lý căng thẳng góp phần trong việc phòng ngừa bệnh cúm. Bên cạnh đó, việc uống nước cũng có thể giúp rửa sạch virus cảm lạnh và cúm từ cổ họng đến dạ dày của tôi khiến chúng không thể tồn tại.Mặc dù bị lạnh không thực sự gây cảm lạnh hoặc cúm (mà virus mới gây ra điều này), nhưng bị lạnh có thể làm giảm khả năng chịu đựng của tôi và làm cho tôi cảm thấy khổ sở và mệt mỏi, vì thế tôi cần phải giữ ấm.

The answer is more and more bad things like garbage, pollution,..They make the environment become worse everyday.
Let’s start from the air. Why? Because we need it for life first. As you know, when the factories work they will waste smoke to the air. Not only the factories but also we make the air become dirty, but we don’t know about this. Everyday we use motorbik or car to go to work. These means waste smoke to the air, too. It pollutes the air.
Next, we will talk about the land. Do you know how the land became pollution? Easily, only somebody use plastic bags, bottles or cans and throw them anywhere, they will cause pollution because they are very hard to dissolve. An other way, we cut down the trees and sell them for money, the soil will be damaged. I think with this work, someday in the future we’ll be seen the green of the trees.
The finall matter is how can we ruduce water pollution while the factories waste toxic into the water and could not make it worse. People living by catch the animals live in water by electronic shock. So terrible! These works destroy the water environment
Do all the works I tell with you, we are killing the environment, we are killing our life.
To protect the environment we should reduce the plastic bags, bottles and cans. Remember save paper, we can save the trees in forest, that mean we can reduce the land pollution. It would be better if you go to work or school by bike or walk, we cdan save energy and keep the air cleaner. Or you can reuse and recycle things, don’t burn trash and we should plan trees. This is the best way to reduce the air pollution. And I think we should not throw trash into the water, don’t catch the animals by electronic shock, the factories should not waste toxic or smoke to the natural. Do these things we will protect the environment, we will protect our life.

What would you do after a hard day at school or at work and you want to entertaining. It simple, just turn on your TV. Music channel, comedy channel or cartoon channel... is your choice, just pick a channel. And not only entertaining, TV can also help you update the news from all over the world in the end of the day

We stay at home and know what is happens all over the world. You can watch you favourite  programs and game shows you . Someone spends 3 or 4 hours sitting in front of television.

However, if you watch TV too much, it is bad for health especial for your eyes. Children sometimes can’t study because of TV.

There are too much advertisements on television which makes us tired. Anyway, TV is a wonderful invention. It is a cheapest kind of entertainment for everybody.

Tourist has a chance to relax, enjoy the peace and nature, play aquatic sport. Moreover, the city has many big bridges like: Dragon bridge, Quay bridge and a large outdoor entertainment named Asia park. Additionally, there are a lot of delicious typical dishes such as: Quang noodle, xeo cake, pork pan-cake and others. Da Nang is preserved for its natural beauty; therefore, there is an increasing number of tourists come here. Consequently, it leads to polluted environment, natural damage and other social problem. However, the security of the city is good that there is no street robbery. Hence, Da Nang is voted to be one of the most worth-living cities in Vietnam. In the future, I hope Da Nang will develop and become more popular over the world.
