My hobbies are listening to music, watching films and travelling. I love many kinds of music; especially, when I fill myself with the sorrow, I love the songs which can share my sadness. I also watching some US sitcoms such as: How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina is the thing I enjoy in my leisure time. Besides, I extremely love travelling, exploring new places with plentiful cuisines and nature, especially  walking along the beach in the dusk that make me comfortable and peaceful.

My favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested to play football from my childhood however started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 5 years old. My father asked to my class teacher in the PTM about my hobby of football. And my teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school from class 1 so you can admit your child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and paripate in the inter-school competitions.

Today if there is any institution which has the greatest influence on us after the family, it is the school. The time that we spend in school are not only time spent in learning and filling our minds with knowledge, but also time spent forming our character, acquiring various attitudes and imbibing basic principles of life. The basic traits of our personality are formed during our school days.

The name of my school is Nguyen Binh Khiem High School. It is situated in the suburb of Hai Phong city. It is considered to be one of the finest schools in the city, highly acclaimed for its excellent for number of talented students. The school building is an impressive structure. It consists of four three – floor blocks and has about 36 classrooms. Classrooms are spacious and airy.

Two staircases at both ends lead to the floors. The school has a well-equipped library, a well- established science laboratory and two excellent computer room, all of which are situated on the a separate block.

There is an area for learning physical education and sports. Two cemented basketball courts stand in the right corner, while the school’s football field is in the center of the area. On the left center, there are two courts for badminton and volleyball. A small garden full of flower plants surrounds the school building adding to the charm and beauty of the entire complex.

My school has over 1200 students. Our headmaster is an experienced and efficient person who has been at his job for the last 10 years and more. Under his able direction, the school has been obtaining many good result and gain the dispute in the city. The teachers here are well-experienced and knowledgeable in their subjects.

A lot of emphasis are given to character formation, moral education and acquiring good values of life. Although the school environment is rather strict and time-table based, but there is lot of fun and joy in the school. Matches, tournaments, musical shows, competitions, events, etc. make my school life lively, interesting and enjoyable.

Thấm thoắt đã hơn bốn năm ngồi trên chiếc ghế trường tiểu học. Có lẽ vì vậy mà ngôi trường này đã trở nên vô cùng quen thuộc đối với em.

Từ ngoài đường đi vào trong trường phải qua một con đường ngắn, hai bên đường là hai hàng cây xanh tỏa bóng che mát khiến cho con đường này lúc nào cũng thoáng đãng. Mỗi khi có làn gió nhẹ thổi qua lại làm những tán cây rung rinh như đang nhảy múa trông rất vui mắt. Đi thêm một đoạn nữa là tới cổng trường. Cánh cổng sừng sững hiện ra trước mắt em như một người khổng lồ thân thiện đang dang tay chào đón các cô cậu học trò vào trường.

Sân trường em toàn bộ đều được lát gạch đỏ. Trên sân trường có trồng rất nhiều những cây bóng mát: cây bằng lăng tím thẫm cả một góc sân, cây phượng đỏ rực rỡ như một ngọn đuốc đang bùng cháy,…Còn cả những bồn hoa bé bé xinh xinh nằm rải rác xung quanh sân trường với những bông hoa màu sắc sắc sỡ nữa chứ. Trường em có tổng cộng hai mươi lớp học, lớp nào cũng được trang bị những thiết bị hiện đại phục vụ tốt nhất cho việc học tập và rèn luyện của học sinh.

Tất cả các bức tường đều được sơn màu vàng óng như ánh nắng, vừa tạo được cảm giác tươi sáng lại vừa ấm áp, quen thuộc đối với học sinh. Toàn bộ các cánh cửa của những lớp học bao gồm cửa sổ và cửa đi đều được làm bằng kính giúp giảm nóng và tăng cường tối đa ánh sáng vào trong lớp học phục vụ cho việc học tập của học sinh.

Em rất yêu ngôi trường của em. Từ nay về sau, dù đi đâu và làm gì thì em cũng luôn nhớ về ngôi trường thân yêu này.

I really want to tell you about my friend, one of my best friend is Tuan. We were  classmate during our five years at  Da Nang University of Technology. He was a good student of my class. He has black hair and bright eyes and is very good – looking. Tuan and I had many things in common, especially, our hobbies. We both like traveling, billiard, table tennis, reading book and singing.

He has a kind heart and is easy to get on with everybody. The deeper our mutual understanding becomes the more we feel closely attached to each other. We are the best pupils in our class. Tuan is always at the top. He is good at every subject, but he never shows pride in his abilities and always tries to learn harder.

Tuan’s family is not rich. His parents are farmers. He often spends most of his free time doing useful things to help his parents. I like Tuan very much because of his honesty and straight forwardness. He is always ready to help his weak friends in their study; as a result, lots of friends, thanks to his whole-hearted help, have become good ones.

Among my friends, I cherish the most is Hong. She is a good student of my class, she lived with her mother in a small house near my house. She has short black hair, oval face and brown eyes. What particularly struck me about her was the smile. She looks so lovely when he smiles. She is a form of friends that I can share everything. She always believed and helped me in every situation. She is gentle and endearing all friends. She likes Literacy, reading, listening to music and go under heaven mua. Nowadays, the increasing rate of overweight children and adults is a worldwide health issue. Obesity is a major problem which is increasing day by day in school going children. There are various reasons behind it. This essay will discuss the causes of obesity and offer some solutions.

The first cause of obesity is junk food. It is often seen that mostly children are fond of burgers, pizzas, noodles and coke. These types of foods are easily available to them in school canteens. Children love to purchase chips, chocolates, - ice-cream for lunch. Moreover, in this modern era, parents are working and they do not have time to cook at home. Parents often buy dinner for their children instead of preparing food at home. This calorie-rich diet is making children obese. This problem can be solved by teaching children to cook healthy foods for themselves and banning junk foods and fizzy drinks in schools. This diet can be replaced by milk, juice and fruits for lunch.

The second cause of obesity is sedentary life style. It is true that the use of computers and television is increasing in children. They spend most of their time watching television or playing video games on a computer. This technological advancement has reduced the level of physical activity in this specific age group. This issue can be resolved by encouraging children to do physical exercises. Parents can take their children to park to encourage playing with friends. Furthermore, schools can add sports in their curriculum to maintain physical fitness in their students.

To sum up, it is clear that main causes of obesity are unhealthy eating and not enough physical activities. This ailment can be prevented and treated by healthy eating habbits and physical exercises.

Film tells a painful story but moving to brothers sentiment of two orphanages : Seita and Setsuko. They lost mother after a fierce bombing of American air force to Kobe city while their father combat for Japanese navy. So Seita and Setsuko must to struggle to exist between the famine and the resistance to merciless of surrounding people (that have their kinship). They have to live in a shelter-pit and often eat frogs and lizards. At the end, Setsuko have to die for hunger, pictures depict painfulness and the death of little girl can be considered as the most mournful film pictures in the cartoon Japan history. Everyone has one’s favorite pet. As for me, I very love my dog named Pull. The dog is an Alaska dog with straight brown hair, blue eyes and big ear. He is said to be intelligent, loyal and obedient. Moreover, Pull is friendly and well-trained when I said “sit down” or “run around” he will do absolutely true. I remember the first day I have met Pull-my 12 birthday, he is a present given by my father. At that time, Pull was 2 years old, he was small and unfamiliar with my family’s members. Nowadays, he is an adult dog with good health and he seems to be one important member of my whole family. Pull and I usually have wonderful time together we eat, go shopping, walk in the sunrise and sunset, and play in a local park. As I’m the only child in my family, Pull is my best friend. Whenever I have trouble or whatever mistake I do, I always have him by my side. Although he is not able to talk, I feel the love and caring of him for me. Besides, Pull helps my mother much in household, he can hold a heavy bucket of water. Dog is not food; therefore I condemn the action of stealing dog by killing them with electricity in VN and selling it for some taverns. Dog is an animal for people to feed, love and care. Dog is not a product of any individual who wants to earn illegal money from it. Finally, it’s better for a house with a domes dog so that it brings happiness in addition to keeping your house save.
