Hello! I'm Truong! I will travel to London to visit the Queen of England. Being a clever fellow, I will disguise myself as a prince and walk into Buckingham Palace as if I owned it. After receiving directions from a chambermaid, I will step into the Queen's bedroom and surprise Her Royal Highness with a hearty slap on the back. Then, of course, I will tip my hat, bow, and deliver the usual compliments. After uncorking a bottle of champagne, we will exchange pleasantries and talk about our families for more than an hour. I will show her my photograph album and my stamp collection, and she will show me her historic collection of jewels. After a thoroughly entertaining visit, I will trade email addresses with Her Majesty and then kiss her goodbye—on the fingertips of her white gloves, of course.

If anyone who asks me that “What’s the thing your most proud of?” .I will answer that’s my hometown. Duc Tho is the land poor where the people live by rice cultivation, breeding, and fishing. Although the life is very difficult, but the people is very friendly, and studious. In Duc Tho, there is a Tung Anh village where called “Doctor village”. Duc Tho is also the home of Tran Phu Secretary General, and marked many memories of the great leader Ho Chi Minh.

If you come to Duc Tho, you will feel many interesting things, visiting Tran Phu tombstone, La Giang dyke, rowing on La driver, and enjoying the traditional songs. In the evening, they can enjoy a special food which is “mussel rice” – just only eat one time, you will never forget.

Almost people say that they prefer living in the peaceful countryside to the noisy city. I agree with them but I can't admit it when I live here-my second hometown-Tay Ninh. Although Tay Ninh is now a city but it's very peaceful and comfortable. I can hardly hear any loud noise and you know, to me, the most peaceful place is my neighborhood.

My family and my neighbors live together on Dien Bien Phu Street. Every morning when I get up, I always can see the sun shining and there are some warm voices from the small beautiful birds and the sounds from my neighborhood. We all get up very early. A new day begins. I often wander around my neighborhood. There are lots of green trees along the streets. There, we can see a range of houses from high to short, ordinary to extraordinary. We all do business. Some neighbors sell foods, drinks and household appliances as grocery stores. Some are tailors who mend clothes, make clothes and mend shoes too. Some are the barbers who cut hair and give make up my mother. Some are bakers who bake cakes in the bakery and sell breads. The environment is never polluted and we can feel the warm atmosphere everytime.

All the inhabitants in my neighbor are very friendly to each other. Whenever a person needs help, the others are always ready to give help and one thing should be mostly appreciated is that they never mind how difficult the work is. And we build such a great consolidation. When a neighbor has just returned from a trip, they always remember to buy the others some beautiful and worthy gifts and we also share the money for parties together. We never underestimate the honor we give each other.

I love my neighborhood very much. I hope that our friendliness and consolidation will last forever and remain unchanged.

 have a big family which gives me the biggest love. My parents have three children, and we also live with our grandparents. Both of my parents are out for work to make sure we have a comfortable life. My father works at the office, and my mother works at the bank. They usually leave early in the morning without having breakfast at home, and my grandmother is the one who cooks for me and my siblings. Our grandparents are still young and very healthy; they take care of us pretty well when our parents are busy. I go to school by my own bike, and my grandfather takes care of my two little brothers. My favorite time of the day is dinner time, because the whole family will all gather after a long day. Seven people with seven stories about their days make the atmosphere become very warm and happy. I know my parents work very hard, so I try my best to become a good daughter and sister. I usually help with the chores, cooking, and looking after my little brothers. I and Hung are team mates in our school’s soccer team, and that is the reason we became best friends. At first we did not know each other, but we quickly became close after just a few weeks. Hung is a good player, so he always helps me prace to improve my skills. In order to thank him, I become his instructor in some of the subjects in class. I am as tall and slim as Hung, and many people say that we look brothers. In fact, we are even closer than brothers. We can share almost everything, from feelings to clothes and hobbies. My best friend in high school is Lan. Lan sits next to me in class, eats with me at break time, and hangs out with me after school. She has long and beautiful hair; my mother always says that I need to pay more attention to my hair so it can be pretty as hers. I am good at English while Lan is excellent in Math, therefore we can help each other every time one of us has trouble in understanding those subjects. Amidst the immense mountains and forests of Lam Dong province, Dalat, a beautiful town, captivates all those who have been there once. I am one of those.

Dalat is often called the City of Eternal Spring. Flowers of all colors, with many species, the most numerous of which are orchids. More than anywhere else in Vietnam, Dalat sees flowers vie with one another in blossoming in spring. I used to get up early in the morning on fine days to welcome dawn on the highlands. Opening the windows, I had a breath-taking view of nature, and enjoyed the fragrance of wild flowers carried by the clouds, I felt relieved in my heart.

In the late afternoons, I often reserved for visits to the Valley of Love and Sigh Lake covered with quiet pine forests. Twilight on Dalat also brought many pictures and sensations. As a certain poet said, “Dalat is the city of honeymoon, the city of love”.

After two week is rest in Dalat, my health improved a lot. I think in the very near future Dalat will be Switzerland in the South-East Asia. The wind rustling through the pine forests, the roar of waterfalls, the chirping of birds and the clatter of horse ‘s hooves…all of these unforgettable memories always remain with me.

My first visit to Nha Trang, the coastal city, was three years ago. It was a pleasant and memorable trip.

Nha Trang, the capital of Khanhs Hoaf province, has one of the most popular municipal beaches in all of Vietnam. In Nha Trang, nature beauties are so tempting. Waves crashing onto the cliffs; the soft sigh of the sea breeze; clean white sands and turquoise waters; it all makes for a stunning landscapes. On my visit to Nha Trang, I used to get up early each morning to stroll along the beach – a chance to breath in the fresh sea air and enjoy the sunrise across the water. One attraction that captivated me three years ago and still it does is the collection of small offshore islands. Hon Tre is the largest of the islands, and Monkey island is, as the name suggests, the home of hundreds of wild monkeys. Yen island is known for its swifts’ nests.

Nha Trang is the city in hamoney: its fine weather, favorite position and friendly people bring it a cerain balance. Nha Trang is a great holiday destination. I hope to have chance to come back.

Last Sunday, my class organized a trip to Son Tinh Island camp. We set off at 5 hours and it took us 3 hours to get there. On arrival, everyone was quite excited and happy. That day, the weather was very beautiful, the air here is fresh. On the island there are many stilt houses and swings. We were assigned to build tents. Then, all of us paripated in some amazing games such as cat chasing mouse, hide and seek, ... Everyone was all excited and active. Someone losing must receive fines, that make the cow face. It looks so funny. On that day, the teacher also celebrated a birthday for some of our classmates. At noon, most people feel hungry, we return to the tent, eat the food prepared from the day before, then, tell stories and sing, take pictures together. In the afternoon, we were cruising by boat. This was the first time I've experienced go on water surface, it feels great. At 5 o'clock, we all had to arrange luggage to come back home. I bought myself some lovely souvenirs. On the way, looking at the island away, I hope that there will be more interesting excursions
