Today, I am 13 years old, so I hold a birthday party at my house. The party began at 7h p.m and finished at 9h30 p.m on October 15th. I invited a lot of close friends ad intimate friends take part in the party. There is a two layer birthday cake with fifteen candles on the table. After people sang “Happy Birthday” song, I blew out the candles and cut the cake. Everybody ate cake, went to KTV and played mini games together. Finally, my friends returned their home, although they all tired, they felt so happy. Regarding me, I cleaned and washed up the party, then I went to sleep.

My parents gave me a trip to Sapa as a present for my effort in the previous school year and the trip was an unforgettable memory to me. My family got there in the morning when the weather was cool but it began to become warmer at noon and in the afternoon but in the evening, the outside was quite cold and even having snow at night. It was such an amazing experience that I really enjoyed it. We also went sightseeing and the natural beauty here took my breath away. The romantic and peaceful atmosphere with ranges of mountains surrounded by fog soon made a strong impression on me. I also had an opportunity to try seating on a cable car and enjoyed how breathtaking the view was.That was the first time in my life that I could see mountain, forests and waterfalls with my own eyes.The next day, my mom and I spent time going to the market where many of activities took place and I bought some souvenirs as gifts for my close friend. Especially, I was totally surprised at the ability of speaking English of local residents, especially small children. Besides, I also had a chance to try local food such as Sapa Cap Nach Pork, bamboo sticky rice, Tao Meo Wine… Each has its unique flavors that all satisfied my tastes. Finally my family had to say goodbye to Sapa but I still hope to come back here one day in a nearest future.

Bố mẹ đã tặng cho mình một chuyến đi tới Sapa như một món quà với những nỗ lực của mình trong năm học vừa qua và chuyến đi là một kỉ niệm đáng nhớ với mình. Khung cảnh yên bình và lãng mạn với những dãy núi bao quanh là sương đã để lại ấn tượng mạnh với mình. Mình cũng có cơ hội được ngồi trên cáp treo và tận hưởng vẻ đẹp đến nghẹt thở của khung cảnh nơi đây. Đó là lần đầu tiên trong cuộc đời mình được tận mắt nhìn thấy núi, rừng và thác nước. Ngày tiếp theo mẹ và mình đã dành thời gian đi chợ nơi có rất nhiều hoạt động diễn ra và mình đã mua đồ lưu niệm để làm quà cho bạn thân. Đặc biệt mình rất ngạc nhiên với khả năng nói tiếng anh của người dân nơi đây, đặc biệt là trẻ em nhỏ. Bên cạnh đó mình cũng có cơ hội được thưởng thức đồ ăn đặc sản nơi đây như là thịt lợn cạp nách sapa, cơm lam và rượu táo mèo...Mỗi món ăn có mùi vị riêng và chúng đều hợp với khẩu vị của mình. Cuối cùng gia đình mình phải nói lời chia tay với Sapa và mình có thể quay trở lại nơi đây một ngày nào đó trong một tương lai không xa.

One of my favorite singers is Michael Jackson – a worldwide music legend. I remember the first time when I watched his performances with my friend, I was immediately attracted. His songs were heavily emphasized on the beats and his charisma was amazing.

Michael Jackson could sing very well with his particular and unique tone. He was able to adapt to a lot of music trends, and actually he was the one who created some. From the funky 70s disco to the R&B-ish 2000s, Michael Jackson proved he could make great songs regardless of the style and trend. All of his lyrics are so powerful and have a lot of meaning layers that pulled me out of depression during my miserable times and helped me to shape who I am today. He wasn’t only famous for his music, but also his moonwalk dance move. This signature move always made his performances so impressive and was an icon of the 20th century.

In his career, he got a lot of prizes: the first prize of male pop vocalists, of records and of R&B singers on Grammy in 1984. I like Michael Jackson with all his songs, and how he inspired many generations. He was a gift to the world.

Do you know next Thursday will be a day of eager anticipation to me? It is then the day before my fourteenth birthday. I have been looking forward to the party for at least two months. Everything is supposed to be perfect for that day: balloons, candles and tasty dishes, and music. There will be a barbeque of magnificent proportions. Miraculously, an enormous ice cream cake will be delivered with eight large pepperoni pizzas. Needless to say, I am excited. It is to be my first party at our new house. 
I'm looking forward to seeing you come, that'll bring more life to this special event of mine.

The school that always attaches to me is Ha An Primary School. This is also my second home, where there are teachers and friends. Today was the day I was on duty, so I went to school early to have a chance to observe the whole scene of the school. The large school gate with two gates painted yellow the arm of a giant welcomed us. The security guard smiled and opened the gate for me to go to school. The school yard always wore a gray shirt, because it was autumn, there were many leaves falling in the school yard small boats stuck. When the time came to learn the language, the students had fun and made all three blocks seem to wake up and stretch after a long sleep. The three classrooms are arranged in prominent U shape with bright red brick color. The corridor of the classroom is clean. In the classroom, the tables and chairs are neatly arranged, the image of Uncle Ho is hung on the wall with a affectionate smile watching us. All classes have name tags that are marked in order and hanging at the top of the class. I really love my school because it is a place with many happy and sad memories of teachers and friends.

We give great importance to values and morals in life.Since our early childhood we are taught to respect the elders and love the children. We learnt the lesson of punctuality and honesty from our grandfather. It is due to the good education of our grandparents that we could excel both in sports and education.Since our childhood we have been put into the habit of rising early in the morning. This has a natural effect on our health and physical fitness.Our family is a heaven. There is peace, prosperity, love and care. I live in a small house. In front of the house has a lovely garden grow flowers. To the left of my house has a lot of trees. My house has four rooms : livingroom, kitchen, bedroom,bathroom. In the livingroom, there is a lamp, a TV, a table and fours sofar. In the diningroom, there is a cooker, a cupboard and a fridge. There is a sink, a bath and a toilet in the bathroom.
