I would like to share you mine healthy lifestyle
I think people who live healthily always have one thing in common: they manage to strike a balance between work and life, between exercise and diet.
Even when you’re too busy, try to do some exercise or have some entertainment. You don’t need to go to the gym and spend 2 hours doing physical activity. Maybe just a small break from work and some stretching exercise is enough to keep you fit and healthy. Nowadays, more and more people suffer from a sedentary lifestyle so we always have to remind ourselves not to sit too much.
Diet is also very important. I know food can be very tempting but try to stick to healthy food, food that you know is hygienic and carefully prepared. Of course, once in a while, we can give ourselves a nice little treat, like the french fries I had yesterday.
Drink a lot of water too, as water accounts for 60% of the human body weight and is key to effective metabolism.
i'm trying to follow a diet to keep me healthy:
+ eat many fruits and veggies
+ don't eat too much meat
+ drink water daily
+ don't eat many snacks
I think healthy life is: We should drink water regularly, lose weight and eat healthy.
Drinking water is very good for the body because it makes up most of the cartilage in your joints, helps absorb shock, helps the movements of bones against bone happen more smoothly,... Losing weight can bring many benefits. for health such as improving blood sugar control, blood pressure,... Eating healthy is good for heart health,....
I used to sleep like a pig, watch review films all day instead of studying, do neither exercise nor housework. And my life back then was suck. I didn't know what I wanted to become, and what I lived for. Then when I saw my Literature's result (7, though I used to have 8.5 to 9 in it), I knew I need to change. It's hard at first, but I managed to get through it. First, I changed all my bad habits. I always get up at 5.30 and then do exercise for 10 minutes. I also use an app to limit my time on Facebook Watch. From the Internet, I learned how to focus more easily on learning by applying some study methods (such as using Pomodoro, which I recommend to you very much). I set my goals too, daily goals as well as further ones. I try to smile more and care for myself and others more. It was such a big change when I look back. I live a much more positive life than before.

As you know, greasy food and our daily living habits can negatively affect our health. Yes, in the past I had bad living habits and an unreasonable diet. I stayed up until 12, got up late, didn't exercise and ate a lot of greasy food like fried chicken, burgers, fried food. But since knowing it can create a bad habit that eating a lot of greasy food can cause obesity and cause cardiovascular diseases. Then I eat a lot of green vegetables, healthy food and form habits. good acquaintances. I was surprised with the results I achieved, my health improved, my spirit was clear, and I was happier!!

I think, in my country that the policy makers should have more initiatives and implement stricter policies when it comes to activities that affect people’s health. For example, the banning of smoking in public places would not just benefit the smokers, but the non-smokers as well as there is much evidence about the dangers of passive smoking and air pollution. Also, there is a well-established link between better education and health care so education in school is important. For me, this links back to education which should really start at school and then continue throughout one’s life. The more we look after ourselves and make the correct decisions surrounding food, health, exercise and so on, the less we might need from our overstretched health services and hospitals. For example, campaigns to eat less sugar, cut down on fizzy drinks and sugary snacks, and eat more fruit have been very successful recently and by educating the young, they, in turn, will influence their own families increase their vegetable and fruit intake. In my opinion the government has a huge responsibility to try to persuade people to live more healthily and the rise of obesity or overweight children as well as adults is very worrying. It is very distressing to see young children in pushchairs being given cans of fizzy drinks and sweets as a reward to good behaviour. As well as education in school, governments could educate adults through as series of TV programmes, magazine adverts or public service education messages to raise awareness of the risk and dangers of obesity and a poor diet. A positive reinforcement message would be more effective than more negative messaging. For example, free gym membership, recipe cards and access to more playing fields, parks and green spaces which would contribute to making exercise not only accessible but fun too!

Maintaining good health and taking care of yourself is extremely important in life. If we don’t have good health, we may not be able to do some things we want to do, and we may not enjoy life as much as we should. There are several things we can do to keep our bodies fit, healthy and strong.
One of the most important things we should do is to consider our food and drink. There is a saying that ‘you are what to eat’. If you fill your body full of fatty junk food and sugary drinks how can you expect your body to function normally?
Food groups which are important for our bodies include bread, rice or pasta to give us energy; fresh fruit and vegetables to give us vitamins and minerals; and meat to provide us with protein.
Even though all these things are good for us, we should remember to eat in moderation. A balanced diet is the key to a healthy body.
Although this is a minor improvement, I still have some unhealthy behaviors in my personal life. In the winter, I reduced my exercise time to thirty minutes, and in the summer, I increased it to one hour. I decided to do this last year since I still wanted to grow taller at the time, and my height has increased significantly since then. You should attempt jogging every day; it not only keeps us healthy but also helps us lose weight! However, I still have a poor habit that is tough to overcome, despite my many attempts, which only lasted a day or two, and that is sleeping late.

Balance between exercise and eating, between study and play. Even when I'm too busy, I still try to exercise, study, and have fun. I don't need to study much and a time to relax my mind after a tiring school hour. Just a little housework and a nap is enough to keep me healthy. I always have to remind myself not to sit in one place too much and take advantage of recess during class to do some exercise. Eating is also very important. I know the meals can be nothing but try to eat to keep the body healthy. Sometimes my parents can buy me something delicious like fried chicken, french fries. i'' eat not a lot.drink a water ,don't drink cola
