My favorite food is 'Pho' because I can eat it in many different ways. Pho is a Vietnamese traditional food. It contains wet rice noodles eaten with broth. You can enjoy Pho with pork, beef, chicken. There are two types of Pho: soup and fried.
Soup Pho is more popular because cooks make it with broth by stewing bones of cows or pigs or chicken for hours. This broth makes your Pho delicious and has unique taste. I enjoy eating soup Pho because it is delicious and convenient for breakfast, lunch, dinner even supper and it is suitable when you are sick.
Fried Pho is also very good when you want to change your taste. Chefs fry the rice noodles with oil, meat, green onion and some pickles. I do not like fried pho very much because I do not like fatty food but it is my father’s favourite. He often has it with some pepper.
Vietnamese Pho is quite popular to tourists. Even some chefs have registered their trademark like Pho 24, Pho Cuong, Pho Co. They are quite popular in the North of Vietnam. Visitors and customers to Vietnam often ask for Pho with beef since it is sweet and light. And many Vietnamese people are very proud of this dish.
