Em sẽ trả lời An: Đó là việc của chính quyền nhưng mỗi người dân cũng cần có trách nhiệm xây dựng, bảo vệ nơi mình sống. Thay vì chờ đợi chính quyền, khi trực tiếp tham gia có thể lan tỏa nhưng giá trị tốt đẹp tới cộng đồng, mang lại lợi ích cho chính bản thân và mọi người xung quanh. Việc dọn dẹp đường phố, trồng cây xanh không chỉ giúp làm sạch môi trường mà còn gắn kết các cá nhân trong tập thể-tạo tiền đề cho các mối quan hệ tốt đẹp. Giúp đỡ người có hoàn cảnh khó khăn là điều nên làm vì truyền thống của dân tộc Việt Nam ta là "thương người như thể thương thân" "lá lành đùm lá rách". Không chỉ thể hiện tinh thần trách nhiệm mà những việc làm trên còn khích lệ sự tham gia tích cực từ mọi người, góp phần tạo ra sự thay đổi bền vững hơn cho cộng đồng.
