I’m Nam, I’m 15 years old. My favorite sport is swimming. I can go swimming in both summer and winter. Normally, I would go swimming for two days a week on Wednesdays and Sundays. I often go swimming with my best friend. He will wait for me after school. Then starts to go to the swimming pool. I learned to swim when I was 10 years old. Swimming helps me feel better. Thanks to learning how to swim since childhood, I am quite tall. I am very proud of that. Swimming sometimes helps me forget about the bad things. I often participate in swimming club competitions. I hope to grow up to become a professional swimmer.

Everyone has a different sport they love. My favorite sport is badminton. This is a pretty easy sport to play, but to play well you need enough practice. I usually play badminton every morning. Usually I play with my dad. But if he’s busy, I’ll play with my brother. Playing badminton helped me train my fitness and it also helped me get closer to my family members. Playing badminton also helps me to lose fat for a firmer body. Playing badminton also helps you to prevent heart disease effectively. Even though I was not good at playing, I enjoyed it very much. I thought that without badminton I would definitely feel very sad.

Playing exercise not only improves one health but also reduce stress. I choose to play badminton after a hard studying day. Badminton is a famous sport around the world. It is played by children, adult and even od people as it helps to exercise our muscles. Un football, badminton needs a smaller area of place to play. All the 2 players have to do is making the ball pass by a net until it drops on the ground. Although it seems to be easy, it requires lots of pracal skill and flexibility. Moreover, being good at badminton, one will be able to play other sport related to small ball such as table tennis. Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical and psychological benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high schools and universities teach badminton as a physical subject for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages. Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.

my name is... today i will talk about my favorite sport which is swimming. I have been swimming since 3rd grade and very often participate in my school's summer swimming lessons activities. I find this a very interesting sport because it trains health, prevents drowning accidents and can be played comfortably in summer days. All in all, this is a sport you must try every summer!

My favourite sport is badminton.It is an individual and team sport.It can last about  an hour and a hafl.It needs at least two players,maybe more.The two players have to take turns sending the bridge over the network until it hits the ground.Althoug quiet easy,it also takes a lot of practical and flexible skill.In atddition,badminton also helps us to be healthy and train out muscles.I live it so much, I often play it on holidays because it make me feel more at ease after hard study days.

Everyone is different, so they don't have similar sport. For me, I love play pingpong because it can improve my eyes and make me feel fresh when I play that. Scentist believe that doing more sport can help you last longer. I think I might be continue this sport. It's my favourite sport, either
