In my life there are a lot of people who throw away their leftovers looking wasteful, maybe they haven't eaten it all so they choose to put it in the trash or even throw it on the street. The best deal is if we store them in the fridge then when we want to use them we can take them out and reheat. The simple reason I think we shouldn't waste food is because out there. There are also many difficult people who do not have food to eat so let's appreciate what we have.

recently, people have been wasting a lot of food for the following 3 reasons:First of all, people sometimes prepare too much of what they need, so when they cook it, they waste it and then throw it away.Second, they buy food that is not good or tasteless so they discard it or throw it away.Next, now that people produce more food than they need, we don't eat it all, we have to leave..And if everyone did, Earth would have wasted a huge amount of food. Why they just throw it away, do not think to dispose of them.i have an idea. That food,we can make into animal food that for :chicken ,rabbit,....or we can make it make it organic waste and fertilize the plants.it can help us not to waste food. It is also very beneficial for the earth!!the reasons that why we shouldn't waste food are:If we keep wasting it, food will eventually run out along with environmental pollution. Therefore, we should not waste food at any time

Many Vietnamese people today are using food in a very wasteful manner. It is not difficult to see the food tables in the restaurants are full, but there are many plates that only have a little bit of action.
In my opinion, there are two reasons, one is that many people suffer from the patient's presence, like to show off, afraid of being judged as stingy, stingy. Some of us Vietnamese people suffer from medical treatment and like to show their class and elegance. After eating, leave a little extra to be polite! Maybe the heart hurts as much when it comes to counting, but on the surface we have to try to smile like we don't regret the money. The second is an obsession with the difficult past, because a period of not eating enough, not warm enough. Vietnam has gone through many years of war, people are already accustomed to a life of poverty, focusing on the battlefield. After the liberation, because the country was slowly innovating, the lives of most of the people continued to be difficult and deprived. Today, economic development, increasing family income, has compensated for difficult days. Many people do not regret money for food and clothing. Eat a lot to make up for the hungry days. Stock up on food and drinks to avoid shortages of goods.
To preserve the leftovers, we should leave the meat and fish leftovers, not the leftovers from the vegetables. Overnight seafood should not be eaten. Leftover rice is best stored in a glass box. Leftovers must be allowed to cool before refrigerating, so wrap them in plastic wrap. Leftovers should be classified, separated and preserved. The time for leftovers should not be too long. Waste of food not only affects the economy and society, but also wastes land, affects biodiversity.
By the way, we have seen the consequences and harms of wasting food. Hopefully, each of us will recognize mistakes and correct mistakes for Vietnam to become a rich and beautiful country.
