\(=\left(3x-2+x+1\right)^2\)
\(=\left(4x-1\right)^2\)
\(=16x^2-8x+1\)

b) Ta có: \(x^3-6x^2+12x-8\)
\(=x^3-3\cdot x^2\cdot2+3\cdot x\cdot2^2-2^3\)
\(=\left(x-2\right)^3\)
