a: \(=\dfrac{x}{\left(x+1\right)^2}+\dfrac{3}{5\left(x-1\right)\left(x+1\right)}\)

\(=\dfrac{5x\left(x-1\right)+3\left(x+1\right)}{5\left(x-1\right)\left(x+1\right)^2}\)

\(=\dfrac{5x^2-5x+3x+3}{5\left(x-1\right)\left(x+1\right)^2}=\dfrac{5x^2+2x+3}{5\left(x-1\right)\left(x+1\right)^2}\)

b: \(=\dfrac{x^2+2+2\left(x-1\right)-x^2-x-1}{\left(x-1\right)\left(x^2+x+1\right)}\)

\(=\dfrac{-x+1+2x-2}{\left(x-1\right)\left(x^2+x+1\right)}=\dfrac{1}{x^2+x+1}\)

c: \(=\dfrac{4x^2+4x+1-4x^2+4x-1}{\left(2x+1\right)\left(2x-1\right)}=\dfrac{8x}{4x^2-1}\)
