Nowadays, it is normal for teenagers to have much stress. Although many of us do not have to earn money to raise the family like the aldult, we do have a lot of things to think of such as homework, high exepctations... However, these little things do make us feel discomfort and this is the way that make us feel stressful. Stressful is a kind of feeling that will make us worry and even worser, it may have bad effects to our young health. So, in order to solve this problem, a project have been made by scientists to find the reason of teenagers stress. At the result, the reason for these stress does not only come from by the students themselves but also from schools and the family. There are many ways to solve the stress. Firstly, we must have a time schedule so that we can know the limit to do a work. Secondly, if we are being force to study things we do not like, why don't we think and research if it is suitable for us. If not, we should talk to your parents and explain the reason why you don't like it. Thirdly, do not give too high expectation. It is really dangerous for your brain because if you do succeed it, you will feel happy. But what about not? You will become sad, stress, discomfort and soon, you will be sick. In conclusion, to reduce stress, you must learn more skill to reduce it.
