\(=\frac{y+3-y-8}{2-3}=\frac{-5}{-1}=5\)

\(\Leftrightarrow\hept{\begin{cases}y+3=5.2\\y+8=5.3\end{cases}}\Leftrightarrow y=7\)

b) \(2018+\left|2018-x\right|\ge2020\)

\(\Leftrightarrow\left|2018-x\right|\ge2\Leftrightarrow x\le2016\)

=>\(3-8=\frac{2}{y}+\frac{3}{y}\)

=>\(-5=\frac{5}{y}\)
