Breakfast is the first meal of a day. Different persons have different breakfast habits. I take my breakfast at 8 o’clock in the morning. I usually have roti, paratha, vegetables, bread and butter and egg fry in my breakfast. On weekends, I khichuri. I also drink a glass of milk everyday in my breakfast. I don’t rice in the morning.

Breakfast is good for you because it keeps you going through the day. It helps your mind think and concentrate. Breakfast is good nutrition for your soul. Breakfast is filling your car with gas in the morning. To me, breakfast is the most important part of the day. Without breakfast, I would go crazy. Breakfast is eaten all over the world children and adults all ages and all races. Breakfast gives me energy that I need for the day. Food that is eaten at breakfast is: eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, grapes, apples, oranges, mangoes, tomatoes, ham, sausages, applesauce, grits, oatmeal, hash browns, biscuits and cream of wheat. Farmers grow plants grain, wheat, fruit trees and vegetables so we can have breakfast. You can have/eat breakfast at a lot of places. For example: Denny’s, I-HOP, M.E. Swings, AU BON PAIN, at home and at some local churches. At some churches, they cook food for the homeless. Volunteers come out to help the churches serve food to the homeless. Breakfast is the only course that you can eat at any time of the day. You can not eat lunch, dinner or desert at any time of the day. Eating cheese cake or meatloaf for breakfast would most ly make you sick. Breakfast can be eaten on the go when you are going anywhere. They have breakfast bars for toddlers, granola bars are for kids and teens. Also, the adults can eat granola bars; also they have nutrition bars for adults. That is why breakfast is good and important for everyone, all ages.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It’s the perfect thing to wake-up to after a long, hard night of sleep. It is important because it tastes absolutely delicious, it’s an important source of energy for the day, and it helps with weight loss.

Breakfast is by far the tastiest meal. Why? Because people can eat anything for breakfast. From a simple bowl of cereal to a filet mignon, it can all be done. Un dinner, breakfast can be sweet or salty. Of course breakfast CAN be eaten for dinner, but it just isn’t the same.

After some six-ten hours of not eating, something needs to be consumed in order to not turn into a sloth. The last thing students need is to have to go to school on an empty stomach – it just makes school that much harder. Even just a few cheerios can make the difference.

Unknown to many people, breakfast can actually help people lose weight! (As long as the breakfast is healthy, that is.) One theory of why it helps with weight loss is that breakfast reduces hunger throughout the day, so people are less ly to constantly be eating. Also many breakfast foods that people eat such as eggs or fruit are healthy foods.

Take mom’s advice and eat your breakfast. The pros most definitely outweigh the cons. People often say that they never have time for breakfast, but even a banana or energy bar on the go will help. Just do it.
