Quoc Tu Giam the first university in Viet Nam . In 1070 , Emperor Ly Thanh Tong is considered the founder of the Temple of Literature . In1076 , Emperor Ly Nhan Tong is regarded as the builder of the Imperial Academy . In 1484 , Emperor Le Thanh Tong the erection of the first Doctors' world Heritage . In 2003 , the four statue is founders and developers of the Temple of Literature .
The Temple of Literature was constructed in 1070 under the reign of Emperor Ly Thanh Tong. Nowadays it is considered one of the historic and cultural sites of Vietnam. In 1076, Emperor Ly Nhan Tong built The Imperial Academy as the first university of Vietnam. In 1484, King Le Thanh Tong ordered the erection of the first Doctors' stone tablets to honor talents and encourage study. And then they were recognised as the World heritage by UNESCO in 2010. In 2003, the Hanoi People's Committee built four statues of Emperor Ly Thanh Tong, Emperor Ly Nhan Tong, King Le Thanh Tong, and Chu Van An, who founded and developed The Temple of Literature – The Imperial Academy.
Long ago,in the year 1070,there were no universties in Viet Nam.So,in 1076,Emperor Ly Nhan Tong decided to build one
-the Imperial Academy,it is considered the first university in Viet Nam . The university was a great succes and thousand or Vietnamese scholars graduated from this university.The Imperial Academy,has a long and interesting history.Many kings,emperors and scholars worked to develop the university.Chu Van An was regarded as one of the most famous teaches at the Imperial Academy
