As everyone knows, Vietnam is a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic country because there are 54 ethnic groups living in it. We are Ba Na people, Ba Na ethnic people living mainly in Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Binh Dinh, and Phu Yen provinces. Experiencing many stages of development, the Bana people live scattered in geographically distant regions. The Ba Na people have many festivals such as Thanksgiving for parents, buffalo stabbing ceremony, grave abandonment ceremony, and thanksgiving ceremony for the rice god. The festivals are not only an occasion for the people to give thanks to heaven and earth for a bountiful harvest but also an opportunity to have fun, play gongs, drink can wine... and also an opportunity for the Ba Na people to show their processing talents. extremely unique dishes. However, the rapid increase of Protestantism in recent years has been causing strong disturbances in their religious life. Some Protestant denominations operating illegally in the area have used many tricks to incite and incite people to demand secession from self-rule; entice, bribe, and seduce compatriots to follow religion to carry out political intrigues, causing many negative consequences. Therefore, a part of Ba Na people follows the religion not from spiritual needs but mainly because of misunderstanding, being manipulated, or fascinated for temporary material benefits. Thus, the penetration and spread of religion in ethnic minority areas is one of the basic factors that degrade and deform the appearance of Ba Na ethnic culture.
