  => (x+1).(x+3) = (2x+1).(0,5x+2)

  => x²+4x+3 = x²+4,5x+2

  => x²+4x-x²-4,5x = 2-3

  => -0,5x = -1

 =>  x      = -1:-0,5

 =>  x      = 2
