Today, we learn how to make a hanging garden with plastic bottles. Large plastic bottles are turned into beautiful hanging planters in this green-living and green-thumb project. They are easy to make. All we have to do is to cut one side of the bottles so that we can put soil and plant small flowers in them. We can either bring the planters home or hang them on campus for a gorgeous hanging garden.
