Advantages:
When you move to different places in your lifetime, you gain more experience from living among different kinds of people, eating different food, and working different types of jobs for different companies. You learn how to talk to and befriend wit all kinds of people. You'll have an awesome resume because of the many jobs and experiences you gain from different companies. Life won't be bored to you, because everything is constantly changing for you.
Disadvantages:
When you move around often in your lifetime, you would have to pack and unpack everything you own in your house. This takes a lot of time. Moving around too often doesn’t let you develop a good and trustworthy relationship with others. You have to constantly adapt to the changes when you move to a different place. This might stress you out in the long run.
