\(=\frac{1}{9}\left(3a^2+3b^2+3c^2-a^2-b^2-c^2-2ab-2bc-2ac\right)\)
\(=\frac{1}{9}\left(2a^2+2b^2+2c^2-2ab-2bc-2ac\right)\)
\(=\frac{1}{9}\left[\left(a^2-2ab+b^2\right)+\left(b^2-2bc+c^2\right)+\left(c^2-2ac+a^2\right)\right]\)
