\(\Leftrightarrow x+3+4x+4\sqrt{x\left(x+3\right)}=4+x\left(x+3\right)+4\sqrt{x\left(x+3\right)}\)

\(\Leftrightarrow5x+3=4+x^2+3x\)

\(\Leftrightarrow x^2-2x+1=0\)

\(\Leftrightarrow\left(x-1\right)^2=0\)
