Tet is a national and family festival. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. At Tet, spring fairs are organized, streets and public buildings are brightly decorated and almost all shops are crowded with people shopping for Tet. At home, every is tidied, special food is cooked,offerings of food, fresh water, flowers and betel are made on the family altar with burning joss- sticks scenting the air. First-footing is made when the lucky visitor comes and children are given lucky money wrapped in a red tiny envelope. Tet is also a time for peace and love. During Tet, children often behave well and friends, relatives and neighbors give each other best wishes for the new year

In Viet Nam,Tet is a traditional holiday.Last year,i was very happy.This is first time in Tet I have been in Bien Hoa.I was in my uncle's house.My family and my relatives gathered.My grand mother,my mother and my aunt cooked Chung Cake and traditional foods like meat storage vessel,melon soup.We have many fruits.In front of the house was two apricot trees,the marigolds.Everybody was happy,and we shared what we do in old year and plan in new year.On new year's Eve,we watched fireworks and said to everybody"Good you have a lucky year".I love Tet so much because I receive the lucky money.Although one day,I will grow up but I hope to receive lucky money from who people older than me.

Every year winter passed, carrying the cold of it, is bustling around preparing to welcome a fresh flowers next spring. And of course, the yellow apricot trees loaded with fresh flowers sunny Southern fibers with bright pink peach trees bring beauty cold tender for the domain are two indispensable.
Did not know how now, beautiful golden apricot trees appeared before me at home. Just remember that brief, his grandfather brought it on when going out New Year market. Each flower has a green calyx caught at the bottom. Inh beautiful pistil, the stigma small orange yarn, mixed with yellow apricot flowers characteristic of creating beauty shimmering apricot trees. When the wind comes, apricot flowers sent away by the wind and slightly sweet fragrance of it. Ecstatic aroma, can not describe the appeal of it. And every time the wind through the surf, the gently flew off tomorrow with the wind, beautiful magical fairy paintings. When the wind settled that, the flowers come again fell to the ground, forming a carpet of gold as the sun cover.
1st Year, three to play, choose a beautiful apricot branches into evidence at the altar grandmother. It's nothing more beautiful. It is through this that the lunar new apricot trees, the family has received many admiring eyes and admiration.
I love this apricot tree cover IET, it has brought my family complete cosmetic beauty. It is also the beauty of the traditional homeland of Vietnam, home of the South.

I have lots of neighbor, but the most intererting one is Bruce. He lives next to my house. We come to the same school. Brure is 1 year older than me and he is a friendly man. He like singing and playing guitar, as i can see him performing in our school. He has a sweet voice. He always help me when i'm in need, like helps me with my homework. He is such a nice and awesome neighbor!

My first visit to Nha Trang, the coastal city, was three years ago. It was a pleasant and memorable trip.

Nha trang, the capital of Khanh Hoa province, has one of the most popular municipal beaches in all of Viet nam. In Nha Trang, nature beauties are so tempting. Waves crashing onto the cliffs, the soft sigh of the sea breeze, clean white sands and turquoise waters, it all makes for a stunning landscape. On my visit to Nha Trang, I used to get up early each morning to stroll along the beach - a chance to breath in the fresh sea air and enjoy the sunrise across the water. One attraction that captivated me three years ago and still it does is the collection of small offshore islands, that is Hon Tre where is the largest of the islands.

Nha Trang is the city in hamoney, its fine wather, favorite position and friendly people bring it a certain balance. Nha Trang is a great holiday destination. I hope to have chance to come back.

Ha Long Bay is in Quang Ninh province .It's about 100 kilometers from Hai Duong city,so you can go there by bus or car.It's very beautiful in the morning and in the sunset.There are aloso many beautiful islands and caves such as : Rooster and Hen Island ,Trinh Nu cave,...but the biggest and most beautiful is Tuan Chau island .When you go there you must take a boat ride around it.but there are many laws you must follow like:keep quiet at night,don't step on the grass, too much.I like Ha Long very much.

Tet is a traditional holiday of our country Vietnam.
The season of Tet occurs around the biginning of February and end of Janaurỵ The meaning of Tet is ending old year and welcome a new year. Tet holiday is very special for Vietnamese families to reunite. At that time, all family members try to come back their homes and get together to prepare for Tet. Moreover they will buy new clothes and clean their house. A branch of Mai flower or a Kumquat tree can't be absent from every home. They bring a fresh atmosphere to the house. We decorate ancestral altar with a tray full of fruits and flowers.
Some typical Tet's food such as sweets, coconut jam, candied fruits, lemon seeds, rice cake , "thit kho"( stew pork with eggs). A special food can not absent is sticky rice cake.. It is our country's traditional food on Tet holiday. Tet meal is more dilicious than our every day.
On Tet holiday, people have many typical activities. Young persons takes part in the traditional games such as: tug; cooking rice, cock fighting, watching lion dance. Many people visit relatives to wish a happy new year. A dults will give lucky money for children. Woman like going to pagoda to wish good things will come to their familỵ

Tet's preparations and celebrations used to be spread over months, but nowadays the holiday is much shorter. A great deal of excitementstill builds up well before Tet. Homes are often decorated with plants and flowers at this time. Peach blossom is traditional at Tet in the North while apricot blossom is traditional in the South. The kumquat tree with its ripe deep orange fruits is popular throughout the country. One of Tet's most special foods is banh chung, which is made from sticky rice, green beans and fatty pork. Mut, which is candied fruits such as sugared apples, plums or tomatoes, is also popular.

On the days of Tet, everyone tries to be nice and polite to each other. People believe that what they do on the first day of the year will influent their luck during the whole year. Thus, only positive comments should be made. People visit other family members or friends and they exchange New Year's wishes. Children receive their "lucky money” inside red envelopes. Many people go to pagoda to prayfor a happy year for themselves and their families. Both children and adults take part in games and various forms of entertainment.
