I don't understand most of what the question is about, as I am only 13 years old but I can offer some of my own opinions on the basis of prior research on the matter.
Firstly, young people are often inexperienced, not as experienced as the elderly, but they dare to challenge themselves, not afraid of difficulties to achieve their goals. They can come up with new initiatives, creative ideas to help the group rise while most of the elderly cannot do that because the function of the body parts has decreased and is not flexible.
Secondly, the older people do not keep up with the trends, the development of society, science and technology while the young people have the ability to approach and catch up very quickly. The world is constantly evolving, requiring people to change and improve themselves in order to survive. Thanks to that, young people can build relationships, communicate, and solve problems better than older people.
Third, the decision of each leader has a very important factor, not only that, but also the way to treat colleagues and people is also a topic of great interest to many people. Elderly people very often do not listen to suggestions but only focus on themselves, they are quite difficult, so very few people have the courage to talk about their shortcomings, that's why a collective, organized by Senior management will not achieve high work performance. In contrast, young leaders will not be like that, they are willing to receive ideas from colleagues and individuals to take it as their own experience, creating an effective and united working environment.
This is just a personal opinion, it may conflict with some of the opinions of many other people because I have not had time to research carefully.
