The healthy eating diet

Healthy eating is about feeling great and having more energy. If you choose the right foods, your healthy diet will be a tasty diet, too. You can still enjoy your favourite sweet and salty foods, but too much sugar and salt is bad for your body.

Dairy products like milk, cheese, and yoghurt are great because they contain calcium and keep your teeth and bones healthy. You should choose low-fat dairy products.

Meat, fish, eggs, beans, and nuts are important, too. They keep our bodies healthy and they give us energy to work and play.

Whole grains are an important part of every meal. If you eat lots of whole grains, you will have a healthy heart. Whole grains are in bread, cereal, pasta, and rice. Dark bread and brown rice are great sources of whole grains.

Fruit and vegetables are the most important part of a healthy diet. They are low in calories and full of vitamins. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables with every meal, and as snacks during the day. Fruit and vegetables with darker colours have more vitamins.

Vào thời Việt Nam Cộng hòa, một số món ăn (kết hợp giữa Việt và Mĩ, ví dụ như chả trứng) ra đời, đặc biệt là sau khi Việt Nam cộng hòa sụp đổ. Sau khi thống nhất Việt Nam, cơm tấm đã xuất hiện tại Hoa Kỳ, kết hợp những món ăn Việt với những loại đồ ăn khác tạo nên cơn sốt nói trên, trong bối cảnh người Việt rời bỏ quê hương sang định cư tại Mỹ.Cơm tấm thường được bày trên dĩa hoặc hộp (nếu mua về). Cách ăn cũng như ăn các loại cơm bán trên dĩa khác, nhưng người miền Nam thường dùng muỗng và nĩa, người Trung và Bắc không quen dùng nĩa, các tiệm cơm ở miền Trung và Bắc thường có thêm đũa để dễ sử dụng.Tổ chức Kỷ lục châu Á đã công nhận kỷ lục châu Á về giá trị ẩm thực cho cơm tấm Sài Gòn cùng chín món ăn Việt Nam khác. Vậy quả thật cơm tấm rất ngon và nổi tiếng

During the Republic of Vietnam, a number of dishes (a combination of Vietnamese and American, for example egg rolls) were introduced, especially after the fall of the Republic of Vietnam. After the reunification of Vietnam, broken rice appeared in the United States, combining Vietnamese dishes with other foods to create the aforementioned fever, in the context of Vietnamese leaving their homeland to settle in America. Broken rice is usually displayed on a plate or box (if purchased). The way of eating is like eating other types of rice sold on other plates, but the southerners often use a spoon and fork, the Central and the North are not accustomed to using the fork, the rice shops in the Central and North often have extra chopsticks for ease of use. The Asian Record Organization has recognized the Asian record for culinary value for Saigon broken rice and nine other Vietnamese dishes. So actually broken rice is very delicious and famous
