\(\Rightarrow\left(A-1\right)\sqrt{x}=7-8A\Rightarrow\sqrt{x}=\frac{7-8A}{A-1}\)
Mà \(\sqrt{x}\ge0\Rightarrow\frac{7-8A}{A-1}\ge0\Rightarrow\frac{7}{8}\le A< 1\)
\(\Rightarrow A_{min}=\frac{7}{8}\) khi \(x=0\Rightarrow C_{min}=\frac{\sqrt{14}}{4}\) khi \(x=0\)
