My dream job is to be a professional chef; I would like to own my own restaurant and to be my own boss. To have the talent of being able to cook finger licking meals, in my opinion, would be amazing. People would spread the word and make me famous; others would travel from other places just to try the exquisite food being furnished by my talent. Most importantly I would be happy, making others happy, while doing what I love the most, cooking.

Since childhood, everyone dream of doing the jobs they love. So I also have a dream job as a teacher. Teacher is a great job for me because I love children so much. I want to become a primary teacher in the future for I like working with kids , teaching them and helping them be good human beings .So I want to impart the best knowledge to students and show them the beautiful things in life. Last Friday was a holiday. It was Independence Day, (1).....so.....we didn't have to go to school. I slept a little later(2).....than.....usual. Around ten, my friend, Lan come over to my house. We have to do something about pollution. Even though there are warnings about global warming, companies don’t do anything to reduce pollution.

Our sky, air, rivers, beaches and countryside are becoming rubbish dumps. The air is so polluted it is giving children breathing problems.

Polluted rivers have no fish left in them and beaches are too dangerous to walk on because of the garbage everywhere. It seems a lot of people don’t care.

I think there should be big fines for polluters. I don’t mind paying more for things if they can be made with less pollution.

The problem is that companies are more interested in profits than pollution. We have only just started looking at our carbon footprint.

Ha Long Bay in Vietnam – one of the great natural wonders of the world
