Today's traffic is very chaotic and unsettled. I am very worried about traffic safety today. I hope that the traffic will be more and more progressive and orderly.

I live in a small village but there are some traffic problems here. It makes me unpleasant. The first traffic problem is that the road is very narrow during the vehicles are more and more. Secodly, the cattles like dogs, cats usually go along or across the road. Thirdly, the villagers buy something on the road and make the road dirty. Not only that, the most serious problem is that people don't obey traffic rules; despite looking at the red light, they don't stop or they use speed limit at the rush hour; someone doesn't wear helmet or drink wine, beer when using motobike especially the students and the young people from 15-30 age. Finally, the people drive carelessly so they cause many accidents on the road. They are all of traffic problems in my neighborhood. I think students at school shoould be taught about road safety and everyone must obey the traffic rules.

"Trafic jams" are always one of the hottest topics to discuss especially in Viet Nam. Traffic jams during rush hours are becoming an alarming problem in Ha Noi ot Ho Chi Minh City. It is not difficult to see long lines of vehicles mainly motorbikes and cars struggling to get out of narrow and crowded streets. It is not convenient at all, so the government should solve this problem as soon as possible.

In the past, my eating babit is quite healthy. For breakfast, I usually have a bowl of cereal, a glass of milk and some fruit. Additionally, I prepare a lunch box on her own instead of buying fast food at school canteen. In the evening, I often eat more vegetables and reduces the amount of meat. I believe that eating healthily means that I should follow a balanced diet and avoid junk food. Research shows that reasonable eating habits not only boost our willpower but also improve our performance at work
