I love sports . I play sports at school and at home . I often go cycling with my friends at the weekend , I sometimes go swiming with my bother when the weather is warm . But my favourite sport is badminton . It is an individual sport or a team sport . It may last about 1:30 hours . There are two or four players . It must need some equipment such as rackets , shuttlecock and net . I pratise playing badminton at the school club three times a week . At home when I have free time I often play badminton with my mother . I hope I will be a good badminton player in the future and I hope my dream will come true

In my freetime, I love to dance. When I was a little girl I danced all the time. My mother put me in dance school when I was 3 years old. My first dance dress was pink and it was love a ballet dress. Our dance group’s firts show was when we were 5 years old. We looked like pinguis. In 9 years we have had a lot of dance shows. I have danced for 9 years in the same dance company. But now everyone has joined other dance groups.
When I dance I forget everything else and I focus only on danceing. It was relaxing and it makes me happy. I like to take care of my body and dancing enhances your condition.
But now when I’m in High school I do not have time to dance. It’s so sad. I miss dancing . I hope that I have time to dance again day.

Skiing is one of the most popular sports nowadays, especially the countries have cold weather with snow in the winter. This sport is not popular in Viet Nam, because they do not have snow and just play with it at sport center in the city.
When I was 5, my mother always took me to sport center at the weekend, there are many sports in there such as badminton, football, swimming,…but I chose skiing. The first time, I was quite strange with this sport, after trained by physical trainer, I got it. Now, I always play skiing every weekend. Skiing helps me relax and make me feel meaningful life.
I hope that in the future, I will play skiing with my family in Australia to get experience with skiing in real life.
