A person should have a healthy diet. A man needs around 2,500 kcal a day, but the intake of calories for a woman is lower, about 2,000 kcal a day. These numbers can be different according to age and levels of physical activities.
To have a healthy weight, the number of calories you eat should be equel to the number of calories you burn through physical activities. You need to use more energy than you consume, so you can lose weight in a healthy way. This is how to do:
