Total number of calories for sleeping is 540 calories but on sunday it's 600 to 720 calories. I cycling half an hoir per day so the total number of calories for cycling is 295 calories. I watch TV 5 hours a day and total number of calories for watching TV is 375 calories. So in a day, my total number of calories is 1290 calories.
