Việc khắc phục sau mỗi trận lũ quét cũng gặp rất nhiều khó khăn. Nhưng nguyên nhân gây ra các hiện tượng thời tiết cực đoan, thiên tai và lũ lụt phần lớn là do con người gây ra, ý thức bảo vệ môi trường của con người chưa cao nên gây ra các hiện tượng như trái đất đang nóng lên,băng ở bắc cực đang tan chảy gây ra tăng mực nước biển và hiệu ứng nhà kính... những hiện tượng này đã tạo ra các cuộc thiên tai lớn sảy ra toàn thế giới.Hạn hán, lũ lụt sảy ra triền miên gây ảnh hưởng xấu tới con người và xã hội nên vì vậy chúng ta hãy chung tay bảo vệ môi trường xanh,sạch đẹp để có 1 cuộc sống tốt đẹp hơn.
