Bun Bo is one of the specialties of Hue, although this noodle dish is popular in all three regions of Vietnam and overseas Vietnamese. In Hue, this dish is simply referred to as "bun bo bo" or more specifically "bun bo". Other localities called "bun bo Hue", "bun bo Hue original" to indicate the origin of this dish. The main ingredients are vermicelli, beef, pork sausage, and the typical red broth and lemongrass and shrimp flavor. Sometimes, a bowl of vermicelli is also added to beef, crab rolls, and other ingredients depending on the cook's preferences.
In the broth of bun, Hue people often season with a little fish sauce, contributing to the very unique flavor of the bun bo Hue. After the beef bone has been cooked, people often add a little pork or crab rolls. Beef can be thinly sliced, dipped in boiling broth before being put into a bowl of vermicelli. It is also common to add a little chili powder and spices to a bowl of noodles and eat with raw vegetables including herbs, herbs, lettuce, baby vegetables, chopped corn.
