3. Billy/an old man that/has to live with his children

=> Billy is such an old man that he has to live with his children.

4. Oliver Twist/first published/1838

=> Oliver Twist was first published in 1838.

5. It/too heavy/him/lift

=> It's too heavy for him to lift.

6. I/able to/come/tomorrow
