All of us want to have good health because we cannot buy health even we are rich. In my opinion, health is the better than wealth because if we were in good health, but not rich, we could do what we want, we could do hard work and serve ourselves in daily activies. Moreover, we could help others, bring happiness to them. With good health, we could interesting. Otherwise, if we were rich but not healthy, we would depend on others because we could not serveourselves in daily life, become other’sload, we are easy to be angry or bored with everything. In summary, healthis better than wealth.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly

I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Health is consisdered the most important to everyone. You can’t do any thing well if you don’t have good health. So how to stay healthy is very important. There are many tips to keep fit, such as:

-do more execrcise

-eat more fruit and vegetable

-wash your hand more

-wash less tv

I think we should try to stay healthy, beside: Live more useful, help orther people, smile more those will make you heathier and happier.

In our life, there are lots of valuable things but I think the most worthy and important to human's life is health. With health, we can do anything we want, for example, if we are healthy, we can have more energy to study better and work well. Also, we can freely take up any sports to play and moreover, health also helps us prevent some diseases because our bodies are powerful and energetic and no virus can affect them. But what happens if we aren't healthy? It occurs many bad situations that can make us confused and worried. Without health, we can't do anything. Everyday, we always feel tired and annoyed. We want to play sports but we can't stand still and we we just hold the racquet it suddenly falls down. We want to study and work but our heads are so tires, the brains don't work so we can't understand anything. More seriously, if we aren't healthy, our bodies can't prevent themselves from being attacked by the virus that cause some illness. It is seious.

Our ancestors often say:"Prevention is better than cure". Yes, don't wait until we are sick and we have to see the doctor. It's a waste of money. So when our health is normal, let's do something to make it better. There are many ways to have a good health. First, we should do morning exercises every morning or every afternoon. Doing exercises will help us burn the calories and build the strong muscles and we can feel healthier when we finish doing them. There are lots of kinds of exercises like: playing badminton, going jogging, doing yoda, doing aerobics, going cycling.... and so on. Second, we should keep a balanced and proper diet. Many people wonder why? You know that nowadays lots of people, especially women are constantly replacing their normal diet with another unsuitable diet that just includes fruits and water. I agree that those will help their skins become soft and beautiful but are they healthy?. Beauty comes, danger comes too. We must eat properly. One meal must include vegetables, meat, fish and a little fatty food-it won't make you fat. It just gives you more energy. The last one is sleeping enough. If we don't sleep enough, we'll be tired and our eyes will become purple(^-^). When we join the lectures and listen to the teachers, our eyes seem like they want to close and you can even sleep in the class to because of being too tired. That also affects the health. When we sleep enough, our heads can be clear enough to realize what is happening and our brains will work better.

Those above are some ways to stay healthy and get into shape. Healthy is very important. It seems to maintain our life. So, let's follow those above to healthy a better health.

Exercise offers so many health benefits. Something like walking for half an hour a day dramatically reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and several forms of cancer, including colon cancer, one of the leading killers.

Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn.

Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. To reap the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day — take the stairs instead of the elevator or do household chores.

In our society today, there are many health issues. People are choosing fast food more, since there are so many fast food restaurants. People aren't even thinking about what food they put in their mouthes. Everybody needs to realize that the more fat and cholesterol they put into their bodies, the slower their heart will beat, and that will lead to shorter lives. Some people realize they are unhelathy and set their minds to eat healhier, but the fats and cholesterol in the food is sucking them back in.
One solution, would be to offer a bigger variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, and meats that aren't very red. This would help because if there was a bigger variety of all those healthy foods, and less junk food, then families would start eating right because there wouldn't be enough junk.
Another idea would be to put a chart of the food pramid and also have health articles in the newspaper about how bad junk food is affecting people and all the healthier foods we could be eating. Alot of people read the newspaper and that would help out alot. Also, health charts could be in stores on some of the walls to know what to buy to become healthier.
Another idea, would be to replace some of the fast food restaurants with restaurants that serve salads and healthy subs, like Subway. I do have to admit that people don't always have time to go home and get something healthy to eat, so they go to McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's. And, have you ever noticed that if you take out the "s" in fast, it becomes fat food. Having junk food is bad for you but having, maybe, once every two weeks, then that would be ok because you wouldn't be having alot of it.
I'm sure that not many people see health issues in food like I do. But, it is a big issue. We don't have to ban "fat foods", but we can atleast limit them, making for a healthier diet. That way, everyone will have a long and happy, healthy life.
