5. Good/ bad for health?
Work in groups. Each student names two daily activities. The class decides whether each activity is good/ bad for health. Give a reason if possible.
Example:
A: I walk to school.
B: I think it’s good for your health.
A: I rarely eat breakfast.
C: It’s not good. Breakfast is very important. It gives us energy for the day.
Minh: I usually eat fast food.
(Tôi thường xuyên ăn đồ ăn nhanh.)
Nam: It’s not good for you.
(Nó không tốt cho bạn.)
Minh: I and my brother go swimming.
(Tôi và em ttrai đi bơi.)
Mai: It’s a good activity. It makes you stronger.
(Đó là một hoạt động tốt. Nó làm bạn khỏe hơn.)
