1, My school:
I study at To Van Hoang Secondary school. It is very clean and beautiful. Teachers and students are very innocent, fun, friendly and hospitable. There are seven hundred students and seventy-five teachers. There are 25 classrooms in my school. Fifteen rooms are for classes, two rooms are for teachers and a special room for the Head Teacher. The teachers of my school are very good. They are high qualified teachers. They teach us with pleasure. They love us like their own children. There is a big playground in front of my school. At recess, we often play games and talk together there. I love my school very much.
2. My family:
Our family is not very large. We are the family of four: my mother, my father, my sister and I. My mother is 39 years old. She is a farmer. She is a very nice, kind and clever woman. My father is 41 years old. He is a farmer, too. He is rather tall and strong. He is a man of strong character and all of us love him very much. My sister is a shoolgirl.and she studies very well. We are a very good family. We love each other very much. In the evenings, when all the members of our family get together after work and study, we like to watch TV, to read books and newspapers, to talk about different things and to discuss all our problems together. When the weather is good, we sometimes go for a walk. We have a small house in the country with a garden and a kitchen-garden. There is much work there and on weekends we go there and work and have rest all together.3, My house:
My house has ten rooms : one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, one toilet and six bedrooms. In the kitchen, there are a refrigerator, aceiling fan, a big table and chairs. In the living room, there are a sofa, a arm chair and a television. There is one bedroom in the ground floor of my aunt. It is a small and warm room. And in the first floor, there are my parents’ room, my older sister’s room, my brother’s room. Finally in the second floor, there are two younger sisters’ room and mine. We usually meet together in the kitchen for lunch and especially for dinner. We often talk about everything: the work, the study, news, shopping,... after dinner. Then, my father and brother lying on sofa watch news on TV. My mother and aunt do business. My sisters and I do housework, then we get in our room to do homework, read books or watch TV in the living room. My house is small and rather old, it was built about twenty years ago. But I love it very much. There I have a lot of wonderful memories. I think it is a part of my life.
4, My free time activities:
In my free time, I usually listen to music, play sports and read books. After learning hours, these activities help me to relax. And playing sports is the activity I enjoy the most. Because of the long distance from my house to the stadium, I can not go there and often play sports in my back yard. I usually play sports with my best friends and my younger brother. However, sometimes, only me and my friends play because my brother is busy doing homework. I like to play sport because it is really a healthy activity which helps me to be strong.
5, My favorite subject:
My favorite subject is English. The first reason I like it is that it is a core subject which is vital and essential in my career path. I try to learn this international language well so that I can communicate with foreigners and find a good job in the future. Futhermore, learning English well can help me read books or magazines in English. Through reading things in English, I can be exposed to various cultures and customs. Besides that, my English teacher is a dedicated person who can engage me in her lessons and bring the passion for me. I found her lessons interesting because she delivered them in a way that I really like. In short, English is an important subject which I really keen on.
