Bài 3:
a) \(\left(x+1\right)^{100}+\left|y-3\right|=0\)
\(\Rightarrow\left(x+1\right)^{100}=0\) và \(\left|y-3\right|=0\)
+) \(\left(x+1\right)^{100}=0\Rightarrow x+1=0\Rightarrow x=-1\)
+) \(\left|y-3\right|=0\Rightarrow y-3=0\Rightarrow y=3\)
Vậy \(x=-1;y=3\)
