In my opinion, charities are important. They play a vital role in our society, and we all benefit. Charities bring together people who care about a cause so that they can make a difference. I think that local charities or domestic charities are both important because they do the same jobs such as helping people, but each of them has advantage and disavantage. For example, domestic charities often have a lot of money, but they don’t know who need the money (if the charites want to donate for poor people). In the other side, local charities don’t have much money, but they know who really need it. If you could donate a large amount of money to any charity, I would send 50% of the money to Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Charity – which helps poor people from all over the world – and for the rest of the money, I would send to is AnimalAsia because it would protect the animals. I think children should be made to do volunteer work as part of their school curriculum because that makes them know that who need to help and how to make the world better.
