In school year, I usually sleep about 8 hours at night, from about 10pm to 6am next day. But in vacations, I often go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 8 am on the following day because I’m not busy – that takes about 9 hours. I often go to bed same time everyday, especially in the school year because I don’t want to be late and tired when I’m learning. I almost take a nap everyday, primarily at school to get more energy to learn in the afternoon. I think sleep is important for lots of things. For instance, sleep would help us to get energy for work or make us more focusing on work. In addition, some scientists believe that enough of sleep could make the children taller. In my opinion, older people shouldn’t sleep a lot because that make them feel really tired, but it different for the children. Scientists say that older people should sleep from 6 to 8 hours, althought the children would be 9 or 10 hours.
