Inside Out is an American computer-animated comedy film produced by Pixar Animation Studios. It was directed by Pete Docter and co-directed by Ronnie del Carmen. The film is about Riley, an 11-year- old girl. She moves from Minnesota to San Francisco because her father starts a new job here. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions – Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness. The emotions live in Headquarters, the control centre inside Riley's mind. They advise her through everyday life. Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco. After one year, everything is fine and Riley is happy with her new life.

Critics say Inside Out is a must-see because it shows a beautiful, original story about handling big feelings. I agree with them because it is very creative and touching. I strongly recommend it.
