Đây là dạng viết câu chuyển từ quá khứ đơn sang hiện tại hoàn thành. Để làm được dạng này, em cần chú ý những cấu trúc sau:

1) S + began/started + V-ing/ To V + khoảng thời gian + ago.

=> S+ have/ has + Vpp + for + khoảng thời gian.

(ai đó bắt đầu làm gì bao lâu trước => Ai đó đã làm gì được bao lâu rồi)

Ví dụ: She began teaching 4 years ago.

=> She has taught for 4 years.

2) S + began/started + V-ing/ To V + (when) + mốc thời gian.

=> S+ have/ has + P2 + since + mốc thời gian.

Ví dụ: She began teaching when she 23. (cô ấy bắt đầu dạy học khi cô 23 tuổi)
